Disappointment - Poor customer service.

"I recently attempted to make arrangements for my wedding at this hotel, as I had previously stayed there and enjoyed the experience. However, I was extremely disappointed when nobody from the hotel responded to my attempts to contact them. I reached out through various channels including Line, Ig chat, and even made a phone call directly, but it has been 3-4 days and I have not received any response from event sales. It is disheartening to have my inquiries ignored, especially considering the pleasant experience I had during my previous stay. While the hotel itself is nice, I strongly believe that there needs to be a significant improvement in their customer service. This experience has left me feeling so let down that I have no intention of returning to this hotel in the future. "

The old interior but modern hotel. In the modern style, the visitor can still feel the traditional vibes of Old Thailand.

The hospitality is amazing and the location is also strategic. Very recommended for tourist to stay here. The facilities is complete and the menu are amazing.

But there are thieves somewhere in this hotel.

The Ambience of this hotel is splendid. Breakfast is very good and had plenty of varieties. Rooms are clean and the location of the hotels is also good.

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I only felt that the male receptionist was the only one with a smile and a sense of intimacy, and observed that other employees did not smile.
When I pressed the reservation on the OTA platform, I found that the hotel had a new and old building arrangement, so I can understand that I booked the old building. On the same day, my children and my family were arranged in a connecting room. I can see that the bathroom and cabinets are old. There are traces of use, but the dust treatment is very clean and wiped carefully, and the bed is easy to sleep on.
The sound insulation of the flat road next door with heavy traffic is very, very bad, and you will hear the sound of traffic, oh my god! The old building is so old that the sound of opening and closing the wooden door is disturbing, and you can also hear the sound of sex next door! ! ! ! !
Although the location of the hotel is very convenient, it takes about 3-5 minutes to walk to BTS, but there are other super value-for-money options in Bangkok based on the atmosphere and the price. Especially the sound insulation problem is not recommended, and it is marked as five-star on map

This hotel is very bad. Customers make appointments for taxis to pick up taxis 20 to 30 minutes before the time. The hotel doesn't park. The hotel doesn't see the importance of customers. Very bad.

It's renovated old hotel. Clean, service and location is good.

Feedback: Beware of free upgrade offered when check in.

Booked Deluxe room and was upgraded free to premier when check in. The bathroom of the premier room came without shower area. Need to take shower at tiny bath tub with a curtain, feel worst than budget motel.

When requested to downgrade to original deluxe room, front desk not very happy and keep telling is an upgrade for u and the deluxe room is fully occupied.

Luckily 1 senior front desk help to change our room back to deluxe and make our stay perfect!

Very nice room and swimming pool. Big plus for Sauna. Decent breakfast. Service is ok - more like 3 stars service.

They arranged us into the smelly room which is very harmful for human lungs. The smell is a chemical of paint "Tintner". After reported that, the new room is smaller. Disappointed with the 5 stars hotel. Awful. Lack of customer experience awareness.

One of the best five star hotel in Bangkok city lovely ambience attractive to stay long and spend time with your partner and family members.swimming pool restaurant spa all the facility are really appreciatable. Continental breakfast is really good for all visitors. Highly recommended for all age group

Das 5 Sterne Hotel The Sukosol liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Endstation der Airport Link Train entfernt und ist somit gut erreichbar. Top freundliches Personal an der Reception. Auch der Concierge war stets sehr aufmerksam.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne mit separater Dusche.

Von hier aus bist du auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel überall schnell. Ob Schoppingcenter oder Ausgangsviertel, Königspalast etc.

Absolut Empfehlenswert und werden wir sicherlich gerne wieder besuchen.

GREAT location with many places to eat nearby. Housekeeping were excellent!
The bed we had was uncomfortable, the mattress/protector needs to be changed as there is an dent where people have slept. Room is a bit dark with dark furnishings in line with the hotel decore.

Pool is nice but doesn't get many hours of sunlight (in October) as it gets shaded by the hotel building itself.
Sapphire Bar has wonderful cocktails.
