The Siam Hotel

Bangkok is for Shopping & Relaxing. This place is pure luxury. It's an inviting elegant venue where you will be surrounded by art pieces amidst pockets of lavishly landscaped interior gardens, fountains and antiques. It is a mix of art gallery, museum and timeless elegance. The accommodations are comfy. The customer service is superb. Our suite came with a private pool and butler service. Our butler, Mac is amazing! Make sure to ask for him. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. His suggestions and guidance have made our trip memorable. Siam has a boat that provides free transport to area temples (Wats), restaurants and street markets. This hotel is absolute glam. We are happy to have chosen Siam and couldn't imagine visiting Bangkok again without experiencing this delicious oasis. It is both classical and modern. It is both a blessing and an addiction.

I have to share my important staying with this hotel, i am pregnant traveller still young, 3 month age.and i have some small problem that i have to make sure to the doctors, and they until General Manager Position, Mr. Nick, take care of me a lot. They arrange to make appointment, they give recomendation hospital, and They let me go to hospital without asking about my payment (i still not pay anything), this i called service excellent, you can have amazing place in the world but, to develope your team like Nick doing is amazing.
Will be back here to the Siam and would recomend this place to all my family friend.

Unique hotel in Bangkok, while the breakfast is just ok. The staffs are really nice and I really appreciate the help with them during our stay.

I absolutely loved the Siam. The quality of service (especially from our butler Stang), the size & arrangement of our room, and the gorgeous hotel itself was truly beyond my imagination.

From the moment we arrived, I knew I was in for a special experience. The lobby itself, much like the rest of the hotel, is beautifully — and tastefully — decorated with antique art, artifacts, modern sculptures, as well as incredible floral arrangements. Thanks to Amex we were able to check in at 12 PM, and our butler Stang gave us a tour of the hotel, guided us to our room, and helped us with our plans, all without being intrusive. We set up a WhatsApp chat for communication, and I cannot stress enough how responsive and accommodating he was to all our requests. One example of this was when my girlfriend’s fingernail was breaking off, and I texted him requesting a few bandaids. I had briefly forgotten about the request, and then when we went to the spa, my phone died. However, he must have remembered that we were planning to visit the spa around 4PM, and so as we were entering the spa, we heard a knock on the door, and, surprised, we saw him deliver us the band-aids. Anyways, after settling in, we ordered room service from the Story House, which was delicious, while we explored the room. The room itself is gigantic, and unlike any other hotel room I’ve ever stayed in at a comparable price point. There were essentially 4 distinct sections of the room: a couch/TV area with a small dining table, the bed area, a large study area complete with an executive chair, and then the bath set up, along with 2 personal sinks.

After lunch, we checked out the pool, which was the most intriguing pool I’ve seen. It’s much longer than it looks in photos, and provides a great view overlooking the river. Next to the pool is the Chon Thai restaurant, where we grabbed a (light) dinner of some Thai Staples, as well the boat station. The boat was amazing as well.

Ok well my girlfriend is asking me to stop writing this now since I’ve been at it for a while, so that’s all for now. But it was truly an incredible experience. I love the Siam.

The most stunning hotel in Bangkok right on the river. It’s basically a museum. The food is delicious and the hotel boat makes it easy to get around Bangkok.

Visited the hotel for afternoon tea. It was a reasonable attempt. Good quality. Walking through the hotel gardens is amazing. They have various areas that are totally unique.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Bangkok. The accomodation is beautiful, the service is impeccable, the breakfast is delicious, and every little detail is taken care of. Nick does an amazing job as General Manager, and we were so spoiled to have Tong as our personal butler.

It seems to us that The Siam Hotel sought to lay the foundations for a new standard of luxury hotels in Thailand. A successful bet for this hotel of astonishing pleasures on the banks of Chao Praya river…

It's not hard to see why The Siam is one of the most beautiful hotels in Asia. She hits so many high notes that it puts her in a category of her own. But, it's not just her beauty but the heart in every element of the experience that makes her so magical.

Just about every corner has a beautiful collection of artworks and historical artifacts. Would be impossible to leave without a new appreciation for Thai history and culture, no mater how many times you’ve visited this beautiful country. The curation of every design element and stories feature across the hotel is stunning. Definitely one of the most Instagram worthy places in Bangkok.

We stayed in room 101, the first villa near the pool. The room was a world in itself. If the outside wasn't as impressive, I would have happily stayed in the room the entire time to enjoy the private plunge pool, rooftop sundeck, elevated bed and huge bathroom and bath.

The boat transfer every day to explore the different temples, galleries and sensational dining options along the river was a daily highlight. I've lived in Bangkok for over five year and it felt like I was exploring a completely new city I never knew existed. If you stay at The Siam I would recommend you focus on enjoying everything that the riverside has to offer, it’s not worth dealing with traffic in the city.

Our butler Khun Sumet made sure that every day was filled with spontaneous adventures. His wealth of knowledge and willingness to make anything happen genuinely made the stay. The GM Nick welcomed us on arrival and from that moment on ensured that our daily program had everything we needed. Experiencing the level of hospitality that Sumet, Nick and the entire team provided made my heart want to explode. The service was sincere and best in class in every way.

While Bangkok has a wise offering of luxury hotels, I left The Siam having experienced something entirely different. I gained a new perspective from immersing myself in Bangkok's old charm, a new appreciation for exceptional Thai hospitality, and most importantly time and space to enjoy a truly beautiful and inspiring environment. Maybe that's the ultimate luxury, to leave this special world that Nick and the team create and come back to the real world a slightly new and better person.

We stayed at The Sian for 3 nights as our first stop on our honeymoon trip and we’re taken away with the experience.

From the moment we arrived the experience was amazing. On our arrival were shown to the lobby and given complimentary drinks as the staff checked us in. Nick the hotel manager came and introduced himself and took some time to talk to us before introducing our butler Tong. Tong proceeded to show us our room. The room was very clean, tidy and spacious. Within minutes Tong had set up a WhatsApp group and was our right hand man whilst touring Bangkok. He checked in on our daily plans over breakfast each morning and gave great suggestions for food, when to see the different sights and arranging our travel. This made for a hassle free trip.

The shuttle boat was a great surprise and was a great way to travel up and down the city whilst avoiding the busy traffic.

All in all, our stay at The Sian has been an incredible experience and I would recommend it to anybody wanting to visit Thailand.

Super nice design place, by the river, modern yet in traditional style. For a different type of Bangkok experience the perfect place. But be aware, you are away from the hussle and bustle, its quite a journey to centre and back (esp in rush hour and raining). Use the hotel shuttle boat where possible.
