The Sathon Vimanda Hotel - Best 3-Stars in Bangkok

Rooms are nice, clean and almost modern. Bed comfort could improve. It's in a nice location 15 min walk to Skytrain. Lots of food stall and 7eleven's around. They have a nice seating area outside and in the lobby. A/C in rooms. Breakfast was very good, cooked to order, but I feel a bit pricey. Overall a nice stay. Nothing fancy.

Nice clean place to stay but no swimming pool. Rooms good too - spacious. Staff here are helpful and polite

Small hotel located inside an alley, very cozy and clean. Not much breakfast item but the chef would cook a dish for each guest by request. Hotel receptionist also provides a car lift to nearest BTS station.
Outside this hotel alley you can find a small foodcourt, 7-11, and even street food hidden in other soi (alley).

Nothing special. Quite expensive compared to similar places in the neighborhood. Staff is not particulalry friendly. They do not accept credit cards. The room does not correspond yo the description (ex. They advertise bathtubs in the room.nto find out there is none). I have been to dizens of hotels im Bangkok as I often travel there for work and this is the most disappointing one I stayed for this price

Just a nightmare
Bed linen get changed after I complained after the third day. Pretty dirty. You have to pay cash at the counter before you just wanna run away

We stay for 3 nights and felt that the hotel is adequately furnished for the price we paid. The breakfast menu is the same everyday, but it is good enough. The hotel is slightly far from the downtown but I like that it is not as touristy as compared to the Pratunam area. It is a little far from BTS but it makes a good walking tour. There are quite a lot of food stalls around if you want to eat like the local.

The hotel and the staff are not bad at all. However the neighborhood and the marker are awful - so much smell and dirt.

Room was clean but cant say cosy.overall disapointed as we booked the hotel for last night before flight to get some energy, well.did not happend, too much noise.there were several a/c boxes right behind window so even when we switched our off, we heard several others.also (not fault of hotel apparently) there was some construction and from early morning there was terrible noise from drilling and jackhammering.staff not very friendly, we booked our room but when we arrived front staff said it was sold to someone else so they asked us to pay upgrade.we got the room after we said we rather find some other hotel.next day, called us even before check-out time (even that there were 2 extra hrs for late checkout) to leave the room.

We booked for 5 days and we got extra bed just because we didnt pay the extra bed for just a night they locked our room even though we still have 2 days left fully paid! Room looks nice and big in the photo but small in actual size.

Everything is good except breakfast. But I like coffee machine. The hotel is far from the downtown and BTS but with that price is reasonable. If you intend to come here you should make a reservation as soon as possible cause hotel here is not easy to find in the high season of tourism.

Good value for money, very nice room, only thing was that it did say adult only hotel yet in the morning you could hear young kids running around making a lot of noise meaning us waking up very early to the sound. Minus the latter I would have given it 4 stars.

Dishonest hotel. Don't stay there. I made an incorrect booking on Expedia and called immediately to cancel it because I could not stay the dates booked. They agreed to give me a refund and cancel the booking and even confirmed via email. A month later, I see the charge on my credit card statement. I called Expedia to explain the situation and they tried to confirm with the hotel. The hotel went back on their word to denied the refund! Can't be trusted. Won't ever stay there.

Would highly recommend. The accommodation was very quiet and clean. There is daily cleaning service. The staff are friendly and helpful. Big shout out to the cook Nuch, she was so sweet and very attentive. I like how the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle but you are in walking distance of many restaurants and little shops. They have a free shuttle bus to the BTS, which is always convenient. It's a good price for what you are getting.

You have light and good breakfast.
Shuttle service to BTS train is advantageous.

The chef - Nuch is a friendly person and she does cook good dishes. Personally recommend chicken w/ cashew nut for non-spicy eater. Not really spicy and it's in a big portion.

Food, the breakfast and fried rice is awesome, staff are polite and friendly, young and cheerful always:) Although its hard to find but its worth a stay at this hotel.
