Nice atmosphere. Very little or almost no vegan/vegetarian option for me by food. But it is best roast for my meat eater friends as I was told.

Good Sunday roast. Tasted great and decent portion. Also had brownie for pudding and tasted great.

Went for the Sunday roast and loved it! We had the roast pork which was lovely so we will definitely be back to try more of the menu
Went back this Sunday i had shepherds pie and my partner had bangers and mash then we had chocolate lava cake and ice cream! Lovely

I usually only go here for the weekly trivia. But it’s also a nice chill pub for a couple of beers. Their food is classic pub food plus Thai staple dishes. They have a great beer selection and Happy Hour before 7pm.

Every Wednesday they hold a trivia. It’s getting packed: so better book a table. It’s always fun. Great manager, great host and great service.

Relaxed atmosphere, good lunch time and happy hour.

Love this pub, disappointed to find it closed and the interior guttered.
I hope they are reopening soon and not closed down after being a long established staple in BKK

Not sure why all the shutters are open while a/c was on but it wasn't comfortable. Sat upstairs to eat and drinks were fine. Food however, was a let down. Burger was poorly presented and onion rings were few and over oily. The breaded chicken with cheese dish also didnt impress as the sauce was lacking. Not the best to say the least. Won't be back there in a hurry.

Best expat bar for everyone on Sukhumvit. Good food and cheap pints.

Really nice atmosphere, I'm not one for traditional English pubs but having been in Bangkok for 2 months, I was missing a roast dinner and stumbled across this place!

I went there for the roast dinner but stayed as they had F1 and UFC on TV. Sounds novel but those who have been in Bangkok long enough know these kinds of shows are rarely shown on Thai TV!

The roast dinner was average but was happily welcomed, I think it's probably as good as you're going to get in Bangkok so should still be enjoyed!

I had the trio of meat (chicken, beef and pork) which were all really nice. The issues were with the roast potatoes, stuffing, vegetables & yorkshire pudding. In saying that, we are in Bangkok so I can't be too critical.

Go in hoping for a roast dinner without too much else and you'll be pleasantly surprised with what you receive!

A popular place where many locals and foreigners come to drink and eat. There are a few pubs along this little street and they are often busy with local outside workers. I've often come here for a drink.

First time back here in over two years because of covid. Still got some great beers although the Punk IPA is a little pricey at 250 baht a pint. Had fish and chips and a couple of pints of Tiger beer. Lovely to catch up with some old friends and also happened to watch the Test Match between England and New Zealand, which England won. Happy days all round.

Prices have gone up recently and the quality of the special set lunch has gone down. Still worth a visit. Has all day happy hour with beers at a good price.

The biggest and best quiz in Bangkok is here on a Wednesday. Service is good. Food and drinks tasty.

Quiz nights on Wednesday are the happening place. If you haven't been it's a must do here in Bangkok. Great food as well. Drinks are poured very good. You get your money's worth. The place is hot during this time. No Aircon at this location besides fans. Be expected to sweat a little even after darkness.

First, it is more than a pub/bar as it has a performance hall upstairs (Never been there!).
Second as a pub, it's definitely on the upside given the above average number of tap beers on offer.
Food, International, Asian or Thai is also firmly above par. Prices are ok for the location and well below the big malls located 200m away.
Finally, my limited experience (6th or 7th day-time visit) allows me affirm that service is great. They treat us like queen/king and even smile at my stupid jokes, part of the job I guess but it is done gracefully! Let me believe that please!

Although when I visited the place a couple of days ago, there were not many customers but the place looked neat, organized, and clean. Attendants in same uniform were very friendly and fluent in English. It has an open entrance to give people seated inside a street view. There was also music played loud enough to hear it and to communicate with others without shouting. Food is great and reasonably priced. What I like about this place is practically everything. The atmosphere, the service, the music, the design, etc.

Good fun, great deals for lunch. Preferred the Bulls Head chef (where did you go?) but there you have it. 2022: still good fun, breakfast is a good deal, same as the neighbors (except Robin Hood which is an amazing deal.

Fabulous English breakfast this morning: the one where you choose any 7 items for 199 baht. Tea/coffee is free. Thoroughly recommend it.
