Great place to live. Gym and pool are in top condition and the staff are very helpful and welcoming.

Good apartment. Location is great. It’s close to supermarket, BTS station and BRT station. There’re motorcycle taxis right in front of the building. The building is well maintained. Nice and friendly staffs.

Have been living in this lovely condominium for over decades or nearly half of my life. Very hospitable with impressive high-class facilities and all staffs here are warmly welcoming and incredibly supportive. I feel so relieved every time I get back to a condo and come down for swimming with stunning views of the city out there. More than that, only few minutes walking distances to most express stores, restaurants/bars and train station. What's not to like about this place

Great appartement complex. Stayed here to be close to the city, but not in the city. BTS is just 350m away.

This is a great first class condo facility with very classy swimming pool/jacussi, extensive gym, children's pool and green area with luxurious seating and water features. It also has made and female locker rooms with showering facilities and a sauna in each locker room. There is a shower also beside the pool for convenience. There is a fully equipped and we'll designed air conditioned free library on the ground floor for residents use. There is also ample seating on the same floor for guests or meetings. There is also a meeting room and toilet facilities on the GF. There are large balconies in each room with a kitchen that can facilitate a large fridge and a washing machine. The complex is always clean by a diligent staff. The Juristic are hospitable, knowledegable and can speak English.
The facility is within 500 mtrs of Talat Phlu and Pho nimit stations. It is around the corner from The Mall shopping complex.
There is a Wednesday and Saturday market at the rear of the Mall. It is a short walk to both a 7 and Max Valu.
The building faces The Chopraya and Asiatique on the south east side and the pool and city on the North West. It is within easy commuting distance of the city centre, Sathorn, Silom, Sukumvit by BTS or Taxi.
35 Sq mtr room sells for 3.5Mb and rents for between 12000B and 15000Baht monthly depending on floor condition, orientation, and furniture. The rooms come with a fixed car parking space which is a boon as these are becoming rarer.

Good facilities, great swimming pool, laundry, library, fitness. Just 500 meters from bts station Talat Phlu and 700m from the mall thapra.
The staff there is very helpfull and always nice.
