13ดีมากเลยที่อ่านรีวิวก่อนเพราะเห็นลงขายดูจากเว็บเอเจนซี่คิดว่าจะหาซื้อคอนโดแถวบางแคอยู่พอดี ถึงจะเป็นรีวิว2ปีที่แล้วแต่มีประโยชน์มาก น่ากลัวจัง ไม่ปลอดภัยเลย
สะดวกสบาย ใกล้ห้าง ใกล้MRT ลงบันไดมา ถึงทางเข้าตอนโดเลย
หรือลงลิฟท์มาเจอ 7-11เจอตลาดเลย โดยรวมดีมากๆ
Very beautiful building and nice pool with fitness center. My condo is only 39 sq meters so not a lot of room but it is Asia. Very close to shopping and the MRT Lak Song Station is right in front. The staff is very helpful and always friendly.
Living here is cheap and good.
A very secured apartment and nice people that live here.
คอนโด ที่นิติไม่ยอมให้ตำรวจจับโจร และมียามเป็นโจรข่มขืน ควรโดนข้อหาสมรู้ร่วมคิดนะคะ แย่ ใครที่กำลังมองหาคอนโด ควรหนีไป
ไม่กล้าอยู่แล้วค่ะ เจอข่าว รปภ. ข่มขืนลูกบ้าน แถมนิติดันช่วยปกปิด รับรปภ มา ไม่ตรวจสอบประวัติอาชญากรรม คอนโดมีราคาสูง ค่าเช่าก็แพง เจอแบบนี้ขอย้ายออกค่ะ กลัวตายก่อน. ขอย้ายไปอยู่ระแวกใกล้เคียงที่ระบบการจัดการดีกว่านี้ค่ะ
รปภ. ผลัดกลางคืนนิสัยไม่ดีกริยา มารยาทไม่มี อารมณ์ร้อน ป้อมหน้าทางเข้า ถามดีๆคุยดีๆมาขึ้นเสียงใส่
Excellent place. I've been living here for more than 3 years, and I only can say/remember good things: professionalism, perfect management, reasonable rent, good cleaning services, amazing access to shops/transport, and beautiful interiors.
I want to sincerely thank the mangers and all the staff who provided me a superb stay at this establishment.
Thus, I strongly recommend this place for potential visitors or tenants.
It's a pity that I have to leave this place for a new country in a few months.

ห้องเล็กแคบ ส่วนกลางลอบบี้โอ่โถง พนักงานรปภขาเข้าคอนโดทำงานช้า จดทะเบียนรถช้ามากๆ ขัดกับความสะดวกของคอนโด
The condo is very good, but the cockroaches and design interior is a big NO NO NO. Not to mention I have this creepy feelings in my rented condo. If only I haven't sign the contract, I would move out as soon as possible.

Excellent. Space is more than enough. Very well equipped. Exterior is well done decorated. Not expensive but crowd.
Complex of appartements. Everything clean and pretty. Next to a big mall. And soon also next to a BTS station. A real nice place to live.
