I have been coming here 2x/week since October and it has been a great experience! I train with Richard, and he is so empowering and supportive and helps you go at your own pace. All of the staff are really positive and so good at what they do. I highly recommend this place, especially for beginners to strength training, as they will support you in the journey.

I just finished a 5 weeks plan at The Lab, which was nothing short of fantastic! After only 5 weeks, I feel stronger and have more energy, which exceeded my initial goals. The course was really well designed and also included nutrition guidance. The trainers are really strong and guide you well to push yourself and achieve your goals. The owner, Richard, very often trains the group himself and, like his team, is extremely eager to see you succeed. This gym is highly recommended and a refreshing change from all the impersonal gyms out there

The new lab location at Marriott 24 is unreal, what a great set up for personalized training.

Rich and the team continue raise the bar and provide the most tailored and goal specific training in Bangkok - get around them for all your fitness goals!

The best in Bangkok! So innovative when it came to lockdowns and restrictions. I never felt like my training was interrupted. Rich's online programs are fun and engaging!

I decided to join SHRED because I felt like I needed a change up in my training regime and I wanted to try something new including the nutrition aspect which is a huge part of SHRED. The hardest thing I found about this program was sticking to the daily nutritional goals, however working in a community environment and being in contact with the rest of the group daily significantly helped. I started out the program with a small niggling injury that gradually improved over the 6 weeks as well as walking away from the program with a wealth of knowledge around macros and nutrition goals. The best piece of advice I could give someone who is thinking about joining SHRED is to remember to be consistent, give it a go and nothing worth having comes easily.

Fantastic Gym and The Staff/Personal Trainers are Amazing. I've worked with Richard at the LAB on and Off for a while now and this for me is one of the Best Gyms in Bangkok.

I've also had Nutrition Coaching with my package and Rich and the Gang really make a difference to my Health and Mindset when attending the LAB.

Highly Recommended to Anyone

So much more than a gym! The Lab has amazing trainers, the best programs which get results like Shredded and Massathon, and a motivating and fun community. Whether it’s in the studio, online or bootcamp in the park, training with The Lab has helped me reach my goals and enjoy myself along the way!

Never been to this place. I sent an email 5 or 6 weeks ago inquiring about membership prices and day passes. My email never got answered. WHY HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT NO ONE ANSWERS!? So basic a business tenet to follow. I had prompt answers to all my questions from Elite Training Center near Thong Lor. Those guys have monthly, weekly and day passes. I wound up getting a one month membership with them.

I’ve had a few great workouts at this gym facility. Coaches are fantastic and very motivating. I like the no-shoe idea, the floor is very clean and you get to strengthen foot muscles as well as your body’s

I can't say enough positive things about The Lab. The atmosphere they have created is just fantastic and the trainers and clients are all so friendly and welcoming.

I have been a member of many gyms, in many places, but this one is second to none. The trainers help you set challenging targets and then work with you to make sure you achieve them.

I also love the 'Train and Sustain' motto. Train and help to rid the world of single use plastic. Nothing makes me happier! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

They only have deadlift bars, not squat bars and no decline benches. Can't be considered a serious gym without them. Very expensive for a gym so lacking in equipment. Dumbbells only go to 90 lbs

The Lab is amazing. The motivation is high and there is a very positive team atmosphere. The classes are all tailor made and meet individual fitness levels. I have personally had great results with the Shredded program and can highly recommend it for weight loss as the nutrition part is also very well covered.
You can show up with no motivation but you cannot leave without!

Big thanks @coachrishi for training me @thelab. 2 Months ago i felt very weak in every part of my body, After coming back from a double fracture injury. He understood well what were my need, i wanted to work on core strength, mobility and explosivity. Obviously it’s still a work in progress as we only trained for the past 6 weeks. But definitely i can consider myself stronger and more knowledgeable regarding fitness in general. Thanks again @coachrishi

An awesome place! They have different kinds of equipment which adds a lot of fun and variety to work out. The group classes are in particularly motivating. Big thank you to the trainer Mel. She always pushes beyond the limit and inspires to transform our bodies.
