Coffee and cake are delicious.

There are many people working or studying on laptops.
It was a remodeled building on an old factory site, so it seemed to have a Seongsu-dong vibe.
I was able to see a small gallery, and the coffee tasted a bit acidic. It reminded me of Teraroshi coffee.

I came here to work a bit. Stuff immediately asked me why I was sitting here without a drink. He was polite, but spoke english badly. I answered that I will do it later, but he didn't get it at all. Uncomfy, silly communication. Too strange behavior to get my money just for sitting there

Situated right next to mandarin Hotel. You have to pass through a lane and a food stall to get there. If you prefer a quite cafe. This is the place for you.

Disappointing. I was expecting an art space/shops but it seemed to be a café with library only and office. Not worth the hassle of getting there unless you happen to be there at the time.

To check the cleanliness of the food served in The Never Ending Summer restaurant, delicious food and good service.

This is a little shop with some furniture and a book store (selling mainly books in Thai) but nothing else to offer. Not worth a particular visit if you're not nearby.most stuff around the area is closed down

Artsy area nice little cafe and book store, and a great restaurant called Never Ending Summer. Nice for a short or a cup of coffee, but there's actually not much to do there, but pleasant experience nonethelsss.

Definitely a place you'd go for atmosphere rather than the food. A very interesting selection of translated literature in Thai. Clearly a hangout for the local creatives to work. Staff speaks English and menu is also in English. The shop in front has a lot of made in Thailand craft and artisnal goods (that at a glance looks like imports so don't be fooled). The shopkeeper is a little pushy but very friendly. Overall a great place to rest and chat. The gallery rotates artists every couple months and is great for a quick look around. A tip for access: It's near Iconsiam which provides free shuttle bus services to and from the nearby BTS station.so you can hop on that instead of trudging over on foot or get stuck in traffic in grab

Beautiful unique design furniture shop.
Book coffee shop is spacious. Some people come here to work because the quiet atmosphere.
Drinks prices are affordable.
Easy accessible, just 100 meters from the pier.
Worth to stop by.

A bit of a tourist trap, food was ok, service was ok. Quality of food did not reflect the price. You basically pay for the environment.

Food tasted great. I rarely find it worthy to pay $$$ for Thai food when you can step outside for the same dishes at much cheaper prices, but my experience at The Jam Factory was definitely pleasant.

I feel scare the staff in parking lot.

Wear like a police, but it's not police. I knew that. Speak too much about condition to park a car. If the owner see this! Let's teach them to smile to the customers and don't speak too much.
I think this is not right position at his job.

I love this place. Bring your love ones here for a special occasion. It’s a great way to slow the day down and enjoy the simple pleasures. The food on offer is spectacular.

Furniture and book store not far from the river with good admosphere. There is also a very nice cafe called Candid book.
