The Gagan reviews
14 I do not recommend this place,
It took 47 minutes for an aloo parata and
Channa curry was like tamato rasam curry.
We had ordered few chats and they were not good at all.
A simple presentation of (naan) bread can be good or bad, But at Gagan, it is perfect. As a party of six, we totally enjoyed our food. Not a single one of us was disappointed. We ordered five entrées and all were well received. We all shared in the entrés, and everybody was pleasantly surprised by the unique taste and quality of the food.
We highly recommend this fabulous restaurant.
PS: The host, Mr. Khan, is wonderful. His English is very well spoken and well mannered.
Worst experience ever.
I have tried biriyani of many different places but the one I tried here was worst ever in my life and they don't even bother to ask about their food. Reordered but they bought the same biriyani! I strongly recommend not to go this place!

The Gagan
During my Bangkok trip, I Had allooo tikki and raitaa on 20th February 2023.
They made it without onion and garlic for me.
Food was served quickly.
Veg and non veg food is available here.
They keep packet food drinks and beer in the fridge.
They play punjabi songs on TV.
There is a restroom.
WiFi is available here.
Waiters speak English and Punjabi.
Dastgeer served us with a smile. He has a positive attitude towards work. Well done Dastgeer.
Helpful folks, kind hearted people. Don’t miss trying out their Aloo parathas. Cheers to all staff. Special thanks to Jassi for helping me find my lost mobile in a tuk tuk. Will surely recommend this place to every Indian who wish to relish authentic punjabi cuisine out here.
Very nice service and food is very tasty aa well. Jassi is s guy there really entertaining and friendly
Definitely giving 5 stars because the food tastes exactly Indian.
You will find perfect Indian food here.
Not too costly.
Nearby to Indra Square.
There are few Indian hotels next to The Gagan. So I was confused where should have food. So if u go in this area and u also get confused, go to The Gagan. I really liked the taste.
After shopping in Indra Market this is an ideal eatery for Indian cuisine lovers. From the owner to the staff all were extremely friendly.
Google have no opsion for zero, if it is then i gave zero rateing. They are actually frauds and they target only indian peoples. If you order chicken birtani then they give you mixture of rice and chicken curry at very higher cost and also make tax with 7%. They open their shop only for looted indians. So please share this information with your family and friends to avoid from this type of sacms.
Everybody cheats. But cheating which amounts to a white lie for someone’s good is okay. Cheating when it comes someone’s health which largely depends on the food they eat is and should be unacceptable.
Restaurants try to keep the ambiance dim and the temperature cool so that the customer feels like eating more and more warm food to feel warmer inside.
The designers of the menu have many tricks up their sleeves. There’s a separate science behind it.
For example, they place their most expensive dishes in the middle of the menu as they know we as consumers look at the middle of the menu before we bifurcate towards the two directions of the paper in our hands. Also, they place their slightly cheaper (yet pretty expensive) offering right next to its similar but very expensive cousin so that you end up paying a lot anyway.
Even though there’s really one currency throughout a country, it’s easier to spend more if there’s no indication of the value of the number in front of the item you’re about to order. That in turn, makes the restaurant wealthier.
Indian restaurant in Indra Market. Food was average. We ordered a starter combo, chicken and lamb dishes were OK, shrimps were not.
Main course dishes were tasty but loaded with grease. I ended up scooping a small bowl of fat from our mutton and chicken dishes.
Service was average.
