The best printer I have found in Bangkok: very professional, attention to quality and details. The personnel always shows great availability, taking time to explain, to share information and propose solutions. Everyone I know who used their services were very satisfied. I am so glad to have finally found a reliable printing company!

This is the place to go for the technologically challenged and anyone who does not have the time or patience to manage their printing projects. The Creative Thailand team have the ability to do pretty much anything you need. They print stuff on any surface, they do wood production and leather and even metal. They can take a customer's vague request (like mine) and take control of the project, doing proof reading, prototypes, and production. The books I had printed with them went though dozens of changes, and and they handled it with ease, keeping track of all my annoying requests and just getting it done. The quality is on point. You can get cheap stuff or good stuff, but these guys will give you the options. It is British-run, so communication was a breeze. Next time I am in Thailand, I will be back again for my ongoing jobs. I so appreciate the effort, guys. Good one!

Sarah from Bangkok Printing was a very helpful resource with signage for my company's event. We are US-based and she was very responsive leading up to the event with her communications given the timezone difference. The quality of the shop provided of the products was excellent and the price was very good for the quality, it also included delivery which was helpful given we are not as familiar with the area. I would definitely recommend this shop and our company will be using it again the next time we're in Bangkok.

Amazing work! I have worked with them throughout the years as they not only give great advice on our prints and designs, but also make it better. I've printed menus, brochures, flyers, and name cards with them. Everything was of great quality! They also do fine art printing for artists and photographers.

As an organizer of events around the world, we recently staged our inaugural Asian conference in Bangkok and found an incredible partner in David, Sarah and team. Though working halfway around the world from each other, they were committed to our success and took calls at all times of the day (and night!). Their thoroughness was invaluable, making tweeks to files to optimize resolution and thinking out-of-the-box to find creative branding solutions, all at very reasonable pricing. While the advance work was phenomenal, the on-site support was phenomenal PLUS. The team was prompt, professional, friendly and dedicated to making sure we were 100% pleased with not only their work, but even that of others. We had some final hour changes to signage not even done by them but they stepped in, worked design magic, reprinted and re-installed within hours. The depth of their expertise and can-do attitude makes them an ideal partner!

Excellent service and fast delivery! This is my first time ordered and I received the printing brochure and post card in good condition and in a short period. Event I have last minute order add on the printing, their service really can "Make it possible". I would suggest to all my friends around me and definitely I will come back again Bangkok look for you.

A DISASTER, to say it in one word!
I ordered books. First test print had one bad picture (my fault) but did they tell you? NO, because of NO QUALITY CHECK by the company. Second test print had over 40 pages in b/w instead of color. Did they tell you? NO, because of NO QUALITY CHECK by the company. They even didn't want to do another test print, but I insisted. The 3rd test print was finally ok. However, then came the delivery of 300 books and I was SHOCKED! More than 2/3 of the books had paper damage! Again, NO QUALITY CHECKS by Creative Digital Print! They scrapped 200 of 300 books. I insisted on 100% quality control of the 200 new books, and they confirmed. However, you guessed it - again I found two bad books in a sample testing of 20. How is this even possible? Extremely disappointed. Unacceptable! A DISASTER! I strongly recommend you guys work much harder on your quality control processes.

Worked with its subsidiary company (Bangkok Printing) : David has been wonderful to personally manage the whole ordering process with his expertise -all the more a good experience, with his friendly and approachable attitude, and extra mile of direct contact via WhatsApp, especially when our order is made from Singapore! Creative are an excellent graphic design house but offer so much more. Their designs are usually excellent but the can help with brand positioning, website design, social media campaigns, digital printing to an incredibly high level. They are also a joy to work with giving a very personal service.

Very supportive team and provided timely delivery. Extremely understanding of customers with lack of experience in printing and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend.
