พนักงานบางท่านก็ดูแลลูกค้าได้อย่างดีมากๆ บางท่านก็ดูแลธรรมดา บางๆ โดยภาพรวมดีครับร้านนี้เหมาะกับการมานั่งทานอาหารว่างสไตล์อเมริกัน

Very bad service. Waitress who took my order was clearly not really interested in doing her job. After waiting more than 25 minutes after I had placed my order I cancelled and walked out. They are cleary not interested in lone customers, just couples and families. Don't go.

Very happy, friendly and professional staff. Coffee (espresso) was very good; on the money texture, weight, sweetness. I didn't eat there but perused the menu and will be going back to try the food as it looks super good. Big inside too with plenty of seats. A nod to the price as well. Very reasonable.

The food is delicious. I had the full breakfast experience- avocado toast and coconut pancakes with coffee.

Honestly, the food and coffee is just an average commercial quality, but acceptable, so i would just give the food 3 star ; about the shop, the deco and atmosphere I would give between 3-4 Star; the cleanliness is just ok, the floor a bit dirty I think, the staff is friendly and good manner, i would give the staff 4-5 star ; about pricing, of course a bit high but understand in that area, everything is expensive ; overall I give 4 stars because of the friendly staff

Past 3 times visited Thonglor branch and to be honest, service quality have dropped significantly in order taking, food tasting, and overall experience.
Dissatisfied with how the quality have been degraded over time. Concerned of business operations and management.
1. Train staff or improve the order taking system. (at least the staff accepts their mistakes and apologized with appropriate manner)
2. Food taste have changed perhaps from Chef change? (or F&B sources changed?)
3. Bringing the bill stating 0 baht and having to reprint the bill. (Brought in wrong food which links to number 1 issue)

I hope my feedback gives a good sense to operator to consider fixing the problem.

Excellent place for breakfast. Service is attentive and friendly. Menu is super extensive and has dishes for everyone. Terrace is nice but a bit noisy. I had the avocado salmon poached egg toast and the coconut pancakes. They were good and the portions were reasonable so you could have both without feeling stuffed. Coffee is zxcellent

Staff slow. Prices expensive. Food quality low. Drinks quality extremely low. ExEsspresso avocado has no avocado in it. Is just espresso with a ball of vanilla ice cream. SCAMMERS.

Coffee club is always my favorite in BKK, nothing could go wrong, their signature ice mocha is just divine

Service is excellent here and the manager Muk I think is her name is super friendly. Decent menu too and have some good This dishes

What a great place. Mook the Manager is by far the most hospitable person and the entire experience is great.

Open early at 7pm for breakfast delivery. The preparation time is 45 minutes so please order in advance. Recommend menu are big breakfast, croissant, hot Cappuccino & Fried rice bacon. Dine in is opened now and parking is at The Maze building.

Excellent breakfast menu, a perfect piccolo, salmon and avocado on toast with poached eggs and chia. Great value for money!

Great food, many gluten-free and low carb options. Good atmosphere for working. A little too cold inside and can get quite pricey. Service and coffee was good.
