Food was okay, kinda bland in taste and came in huge American portion (also came with high price). I recommend having only cheesecake there! The cheesecake also came in huge portion, but very rich!

There were so many mosquitoes at our first table that we needed to change the table, be careful with that.

We enjoyed a delicious Basque cheesecake. I expected more about tea selection (they have only the usual tea bags with nothing more special than a green jasmine).
Our hostess, Kim, made us feel so welcomed, relaxed and attended to us with so much care, kindness and professionalism that we enjoyed even more our time there and the delicious cake. Her smile, kind attitude and care was so much appreciated by us. Thanks a lot again to Kim for her special and beautiful personality, we'll come back for sure. Giuli & Juri

Delicious and comforting food as always. The atmosphere is great and the service is fast and friendly. As for the cheesecakes, wow! Rich and sinfully good. I just love this place. A word of caution though: Huge! Portions! I felt impossibly full and sleepy the next couple of days. Probably sugar poisoning

I live in New Jersey close to the Short Hills Mall where there is a Cheesecake Factory Restaurant.
The Bangkok facility's food quality and presentation is 100% better.
Everything was superb.
Kudos to the staff, managers and trainers who opened and operate the Bangkok facility.
Definitely will visit on my annual trips to Thailand.

The best cheese cake I ever tasted. Recommend to other cheese cake lover. Good location and very good service. Staffs are super helpful

The staff were friendly but the cheesecake tasted too sweet and too creamy and that’s a problem when cheesecake is in the name of your restaurant

I'm a bit surprised by the 4.2 star rating. I've seen comments that it's expensive, but it's pretty similar to US prices.
EVERYONE at this restaurant is friendly and greeted us as we walked in at 5pm on Thursday. Not crowded, so we sat right down. Brought out complementary bread and water, same as US. We had Chipotle Pasta and Baja Tacos. Personally, I liked the pasta better. Absolutely delicious. Tacos were good too but not like the pasta. I ended up taking home half of the pasta. I had a coke.free refills. Our bill total was 1588B. Now the cheesecake to go is gonna be another 2400B, but of course that's optional!

Tastes exactly like original in the US for the dishes we ordered, including the free bread (the dark sourdough is the best!).

The price point is somewhat in line with what we expected since the portions are indeed very big. The house salad is very refreshing and comes out really quick.

The buffalo wings were tasty with strong flavor. The spaghetti and meatballs was also great with the sauce not being too sweet or sour and the meatballs were nicely seasoned.

I wasn’t expecting very much when I dined here. Had some friends over, and one is a bit picky so we opted for a restaurant that’s familiar and western.

Serving is huge, as expected in american restaurant. Food quality is even better than in the US, and servers are not jaded like the ones in the states.

It’s an american chain restaurant, so it’s expectedly overpriced. It’s not the Michelin star-worthy, but again, everything is consistent, and that’s why I give them 5 stars on the food.

We enjoyed our dining experience here because the service is way better than in the US and food is delivered in expected quality. Price point is just like the US so it’s not a place to dine frequently. When you’re sick with local food, at least you have a place to enjoy american food.

Family friend restaurant serving American / western food. We ordered pizza, spaghetti and chicken Caesar salad which were delicious. The food portion is huge (recommend to come here when you are hungry!) which explains the relatively higher price range. Staff is attentive and provides good service. We didn't try their famous basque cheesecake. Will come back next time. Overall a good place for group dining.
