Disgusting, it was full of cockroaches, insects and lizards.
Beds were stiff and hard.
I complained about all this stuff to the staff and they did'nt do anything about it.after this i moved to another hotel and the staff did not want to refund the money of the remaining nights i did'nt stay in this awful place.

The highlight is the pool, if you are a professional athlete, this hotel will be great fit!
There are two buildings, I recommend the newer one, its almost always pretty empty, bit the rooms are in much cleaner state.
Staff is understanding. And there are adorable cats in the lobby.

Gym available, but only opens at 11am.

There isn’t a breakfast buffet, but thats no problem, a lot of food stalls are a walking distance away!

Prices are reasonable, 600 baht for their cheapest room, per night.

Well, I was satisfied. The employees are incredibly helpful. If you haven't come to Thailand for your flight, it's a place where you can get to know the local people. The hotel is old, but my room was very clean and useful. The pool is great.

Good value basic hotel away from the busy tourist area with plenty of qualty street food. The hotel has a reasonable gym and pool, not 5 star but definitely functional.

Very friendly Staff, they have parking Area, daily laundry service, daily cleaning room service, the room have a good size, quiet place, everything (Supermarktes, BTS, markets) fast available, my first room (No. 409) had Just a bad Bed but after i told them, i became a new room (No. 406). My New room smell a little Bit old, But with a room scent from 7-11 its better. The Hotel have a Elevator and a Security Guard. The aircon works.the bathroom Looks a little Bit old, But thats OK for me. I paid for the room 600 THB.

I have been to a lot of hotels across Thailand, including at far cheaper places, and sadly this bears the title of the most unkept. This is in contrast to the positive reviews from years ago so please refer to only recent contributions.

500 baht cash deposit is required on check-in.

Firstly, I booked a non-smokers room but was given a smoking room as the others were not available. If I was informed of that beforehand, I would have booked elsewhere.

When I looked through the room, as per the pictures, it was covered in dust and was generally dirty. The sink by the balcony window had a leaky faucet, the room looked dreary, and the shower was old and had weak water pressure.

Two water bottles and toilet paper is provided each day.

The gym and swimming pool are off-site (only 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel). The gym was empty but had decent facilities. The swimming pool is mostly in the shade so I would advise going there early in the day so it’s not too cold. On check-in I was provided a physical voucher for these facilities & spa for free (worth 350 baht) but from what I saw it was only 1 voucher per guest so you’re limited in visits. That being said, the receptionist did provide another on request as I booked a double room as a solo traveller.

On the upside, the receptionist was polite and spoke English well enough. The location was decent and the rooms were relatively quiet.

โรงแรมเก่า แต่ทำเลดี ราคาไม่แพง ที่ให้ 1 ดาว เพราะ ไม่มีน้ำใจ ให้ลูกค้าที่เข้าพักเลย ลูกค้าเข้าพัก ล่าช้า พอเข้าใจ แต่ เก็บค่าจอดรถ ก็เข้าใจ แค่เกินมา 5-6 นาที คิดเป็น 1 ชม ถ้ามีน้ำใจควร ลดหย่อนให้บ้าง ยังไง ก็ไม่กลับไปพักอีกแน่นอน

I slipped down the stairs. I had serious damage in my back. The pool staff worried me. 　Thank you.

Good hotel for that price.
The pool and the gym are good, except for the hairless man that takes care of the gym and pool.
He is so far the most rude and unfriendly person we met in Thailand.
We will not return and search for more friendly persons for our next holiday.

Don't stay here.found lots of cockroaches in my room and I did not get a refund. Also, the wifi was terrible.

Rooms are dirty with to much noise for Kat’s and housekeeping start 7 am clearness making noise while you’re still sleep. WiFi working on and off. When you complain their manager will tell you it’s not his problem if you want to check out you must.i will not recommend to anyone this hotel it’s sh**t
