ชาตรามือ Terminal 21

I had rose milk tea and normal Thai tea. Both were really good! It was so good and I had to buy tea here every single day while I was in Bangkok. It’s really nice that I could choose the level of sweetness. I even bought tea leaves at this shop.

I recently visited Chametru, an intriguing bubble tea place that caught my attention with its cute packaging. However, my experience with the bubble tea itself was rather underwhelming. Despite the adorable presentation, the drink fell short in terms of taste and quality.

One significant drawback was the excessive amount of ice in the beverage, diluting the flavors and making it less enjoyable. The overall taste was disappointingly bland, lacking the richness and depth that I usually expect from a good bubble tea.

Considering the underwhelming taste and presentation, I wouldn't recommend Chametru, especially when there are better-tasting and more affordable alternatives available elsewhere. While the cute packaging may attract customers initially, it's essential to prioritize the quality of the drink itself. If you're looking for a satisfying bubble tea experience, I'd suggest exploring other options in the area that offer a more flavorful and enjoyable beverage at a reasonable cost.

Famous franchise in Thailand. We always order the Thai iced tea, iced coffee and iced lemon tea. They also sell the thai milk tea ice-cream which is equally delicious. The beverages are aromatic and a great lift up when one is tired or thirsty. Good value for the price.

พนักงานบริการแย่มาก พูดจาไม่หางเสียง กระแทกกระทั้น ทั้งที่เราก็พูดและถามดีๆ เราก็เห็นอยู่ว่าน้ำแข็งหมด จะขอให้ชงแบบไม่ใส่น้ำแข็งให้ พูดดีๆก็ได้นะ ไม่ใช่ชักสีหน้าแล้วใส่อารมณ์พูดว่า"ชายังไม่ชงไงคะลูกค้า ขายไม่ได้ " น้องผู้หญิงใส่แมสขาวชอบใส่หูฟังเวลาทำงาน ไม่ชอบเลยคือเห็นหลายรอบแล้วไม่ว่าพูดกับคนไทยหรือต่างชาติพูดเหมือนไม่เต็มใจพูดถ้าไม่ชอบงานบริการก็ไม่ควรทำนะ ควรให้เกียรติคนอื่นบ้างนะคะ ใจเขาใจเรานะ ถ้าอบรมพนักงานได้ดีมากกว่านี้มันจะดีมาก เราเป็นคนนึงที่ชอบกินชาตรามือ กินทุกวันเลยก็ว่าได้ เราพยายามมองข้ามตลอดนะ แต่ครั้งนี้มันเกินไป (ร้านอยู่ตรงชั้นLG)

Staffs were unfriendly always looked like they dont want to do their job and made their own order (ignored customer’s special requests)

Good coffee but terrible service. Today (21/9/21), a female staff there was intentionally trying to rip me off by not giving me the full change. When I told her about this, she already knew that she had not given the full change (she did not care to check if I lied or not) and did not apologize once. Just unacceptable service!

Cha Tra Mue is originally serve tea drinks, but here at Terminal21 branch specially provides Thai Tea soft serve which is good. Its price is only 45 bt.for a cup or cone.

One of two location that sell thai ice tea soft cream. Nice tea aroma with right amount of sweetness. A little long line but ok. @ terminal 21 next to supermarket.

Cha Tra Mue's tea menu is my favorite at reasonable price. The queue line wasn't that long during the day, but be prepared to wait. Soft-serve is THB45, Thai tea, green tea or two-tone served in cone and cup. I enjoy the Thai tea flavor.
