TC green is one good solid building and reasonable rental&sales price in Ratchada.
The room is spacious compared to other apartments in the same area.
The view from 29th floor is amazing.
One thing I don't like is there's a lot of short term renters and tourists from airbnb. Sometimes, I don't feel safe.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are spacious. Environment is very good but less street food. If you don't like crowded environment, it is definitely for you.
7/11 and korea marts are within the compound
I noticed that there are so many restrictions about rental so the owners suggested not to ask anything to the reception.blah blah blah

This is a great place to stay and live at, has a 7-11and a variety of stories, also it's walking distance from the train and mall

Convenience location. I can go many places within 30 mins by express way.thelobby looks like a hotel lobby.

This week, I stay in this condominium and look for my new places. If the tenants prefer an old-style layout, here are good options. And space is bigger than the brand new condominiums.
I didn’t know that this condominium has a shuttle bus. Every day I just walk to the MRT station. It depends on the signal. It was taking around 15 min. By taxi was taking 10 min and 60B. Near this area have a lot of motorcycle taxi stations. I never try to use a motorcycle taxi from here but I don’t prefer to transfer many steps for visiting. And I felt 15 min by walk is too much for me every day.
I was satisfied with the reasonable rent fee, convenience, and layout but I choose another place because the most important thing is the location for me. And in this building, most rooms have a problem with noises. From the window, the sounds of passing cars can hear 24 hours.
If somebody doesn't need to use public transportation every day, there will be a good option. I was considering this place and another until the final.

Booked a condo through airbnb, location was great, few malls nearby, theres a 7/11 on the bottom of Building A, each building has its own pool, nice views from the balcony, my stay here was great, no problems at all, they have signs warning about travellers staying short term not allowed, but they are really relaxed about it, lots of travellers here renting short term, guards are friendly although little to no english spoken, they have 2 cute dogs who keep the guards company. Would of been a 5star but ladies at reception Building A need to learn off the guards and be more friendlier and smile

My rating is only for the reception** my friends are staying here in building c and we were sitting and talking at the lobby. The receptionist frequently glanced at us and complained things like “why don’t these 4 just go” and kept sighing. I bet she didn’t know I understand thai. I told my friends this then they told me there was a time when they didn’t know how to open the door with a card. Another receptionist gave them a tiring face which they weren’t at all impressed with as well. **my purpose is just to give feedback. Hope the condo could improve and become better. Thank you!

Chinese restaurant suitable for all occasions.
Apartment most people reside here is Chinese mainland of a certain class. They are naturally noisy as usual. I you understand what is their temper. It's no more problems any more.

Great condominium, has a high end feel, 5 blocks in total, with various shops below the blocks, 7 eleven is well equipped. Highly recommended for travelers and locals too. Very close to RCA but have not heard even the slightest bit of music from it. Close to Phra Ram 9 MRT Station, solo travelers may take the bike to MRT for 25baht

Nice condo, easy access to nearby 7/11, laundry and massage spa. Not quite ideal for short-term visitors who want to explore Bangkok because it's quite from the city area and nearby bus stop/train station, otherwise it's a quite and lovely place to live.

Really nice place. They got a nice pool on the roof. The ac feels so nice after long walks outside. It is also very cheap.

This CONDO would get 5 stars.but unfortunately some greedy owners going against the Law and Condo rules are renting to Airbnb and the like.not being enforsed by management.

This condo is good.
But you can get many better Condo
with better services and lower price
anywhere in the area.
Many Condo closer to Fortune Town,
closer to Central Plaza if you want to
stay around Rama 9 road.
This Condo have problem with parking
It is difficult to find parking.
I was stay in condo before and
after this TC Green Condo and
this condo are worst than those.
This will be my last

Very beautiful airbnb apartement. Don't expect the reception or security to speak english! Very clean and safe place

Huge condo buildings next to RCA and Show D. C.said to have many short Airnb apartments inside. Otherwise uneventful and hardly remarkable.
