Taishoken Ramen

Very thick tsukemen with rich tonkotsu and seafood flavor. Very delicious. But the location is not easy to find. You have to take the elevator to the second floor through the parking lot of a building.

Big Brother is Big Brother! The tonkotsu and fish tsukemen d soup tastes good, not too salty; the soup is good enough, the noodles are in the soup, top notch!

I liked Mazesoba. It tasted so junky!
I wish they served bigger for the price. The servince size was so petit that I was going to another restaurant to finish my appetite.

I ordered Special Shoyu Ramen through Grab preorder delivery (300THB). The portion was pretty impressive that I was full after finishing. I like semi-hard boiled egg the most, tbh. Noodle and chashu pork is good enough like it wasn’t below the standard. The broth was pretty salty and saucy for me but good burnt aroma.

Tennen Tonkutsu Ramen

This is the branch of the Tsukemen inventor Mr. Yamagishi. This is the gyokai tsukemen. The broth is full of pork and fish taste. Very umami and not too salty. But I think the toppings are too less (the chashu pork is too small). Broth is given to add to the dipping sauce after finished the noodle.

Ramen chashu is good. They are family friendly restaurant too as they have kid meals available.

Very good taste, it is same as Ramen in Japan. And very reasonable price

I tried Tsukemen
-noodle is chewy and size is not too big, not too small
- soup is rich of good ingredient, intense
- after eat all noodle, you can add clear soup and enjoy it

There are a lot of menu including side dish that I cannot find in ramen shop in Thailand such as Bean sprouts salad

Parking, a lot of Parking lot at 55 Thonglor Building, but normally it's quite full. Parking fee is 20THB / 2 hours if you get Stamp from the shop.

The ramen was so delicious and good price. The beef tongue was amazing and fried squid is yummy too. Totally recommend.

Awesome ramen place with friendly and efficient service. The menu is extensive, with rice and side dishes in addition to many types of ramen. Rich gyokai tsukemen was well balanced with chewy noodles, and the kakuni tonkotsu was very good too. Highly recommended

I ordered the menu of the month "Collagen Spicy Kimchi Tsukekan"

Nice atmosphere. Real authentic Japanese vibe. When sit inside, it feels like you're in Japan. The menu has variety. The must try is tsukemen where you dip your noodles in the soup. The soup has nice fragrance. The scent of fish (katsuo bushi) really come through. The soup seems heavy at first, they offer light soup for dilution, but not as heavy as I think. The soup has nice surprise, the chunk of braised pork different from the chashu pork. The noodle itself is quite thick and has a bit of chew which really good and goes well woth the soup. They also offer various kind of condiments.

Hidden gem at Thonglor 55 soi 2. Authentic ramen with different broths to choose from. My first visit I ordered the black garlic broth and with my second visit I tried the Tsukemen ramen which is eaten by dipping in a separate bowl of broth. Delicious servings and will definitely come again for the best tasting and authentic Japanese ramens in Bangkok.

Superb ramen from Japanese owner, Ikebukuro Tokyo, I loved it and will try other menu soon, strongly recommended!
