Went here as the place was recommended to me by several local expats - was surprised as in this location I was expecting it to be a complete tourist trap, but was pleasantly surprised. The sales staff were great and not at all pushy, simply advising you of the different options available and letting you choose. In fact, since this was for a daily utility work suit, the staff recommended I go with the lower cost blend product to reduce wrinkling and increase longevity. They turned around a complete suit and shirts for me in 3 days - measuring and order on the 1st day, first fitting on day 2, second fitting in day 3, and pick up later that day or the next day. I purchased a suit with an additional pair of trousers and 3 shirts. All in was 25k baht and they threw in a tie. My colleague also ordered 2 shirts and they were ready in 48 hours. Would recommend empire and will be taking my guests here in the future!

1 time I had an issue with 1 shirt I take back and they made me new shirt again and was still happy to do all for me be make right. Now have me shirts all perfect I can highly recommend this shop. I have been contacting them through emails and phone since May 10th for my fitting appointments since duration of my stay in bkk is very limited. It’s 24th now, I haven’t got any clear appointments yet. What is wrong with this business now? I thought Tailor on Ten was very professional business.

I got a midnight blue Italian wool suit made here. The Whole process took 4 visits. The first being the initial design and measurement, and the last 3 being the fittings. The shirt and pants were complete by the 3rd visit.

Everything about Tailor on Ten is exquisite. The premium you pay is for the assurance of quality fabrics (you can look up the mill yourself), the attention to detail the expert opinions of the tailor. The construction is guaranteed to be half-canvas.

I will only be coming here for my high quality suits.

If you a are looking for a great (not just good) bespoke experience, Tailor on Ten is the place to go to. The quality of fabric, the fitting and professionalism of the place is just too class. Someone might say it is a bit expensive but I say "Price is what you pay, Value is what you get" and at ToT you get value for every dollar spent. Have reduced a star because I would expect that when you are getting an expensive suit stiched they can throw in some goodies like a free tie or something just to make the experience from being a satisfied customer to being a happy customer. A wisan once said when you get what you want that is satisfaction but when you want what you get that is happiness!

In our search for the best tailor in Bangkok to eventually make my husbands wedding suit, we found Tailor on ten on the internet. It seemed to be one of the better tailors in Bangkok and with full confidence we had a trial shirt and pants made. The shirt is great, and after 1 fit was made according to our preferences. However the pants was another story. We were looking for a slim fit, linnen pair of pants. To make sure the shop understood what kind of pants my husband wanted he was wearing pants with a similar fit. After many fitting session, they eventually made it as fitted as we wanted and it looked very nice. After wearing the pants only once the seems already started to rip. The seems were not stabilised and the fabric was not suited for the fitted style we wanted. When we showed the issue to Tailor on Ten, they immediately offered to fix it. They stabilised the seems, making sure it wouldn't rip more. A nice offer, but didn't solve the already visual damage on the seems. They offered to make a new pair of pants, we were allowed to choose any new fabrics. Since we really liked the fabric we choose the first time, and wanted a decent pair of pants with this fabric, we choose for the same fabric. This time I specifically asked, if it was possible to make the fit we were looking for, but now with stabilised seems from the start. They guaranteed us that with stabilised seems it would be possible to make the pants we were looking for. They told us there would be no need for fitting sessions as they would just copy the previous pair of pants. When we received the pants, they were loose fit. Tailor on Ten, told us we could return to have them fitted after we washed them. After we washed them we returned to Tailor on Ten to get them fitted like we wanted. They narrowed the legs, but the shape is not like the first pair of pants, it's wide at the knees and very narrow at the ankles.

We felt they mislead us and didn't have the knowledge of the capabilities of all the kind of fabrics they have in their shop. They are supposed to be the experts, who should give you realistic expectations. But instead they made us believe anything was possible, even the second time after specifically asking whether it was possible to make a fitted pair of pants with stabilised seams.

They gave us the feeling they're good at making standard attire with well known fabrics. The cotton shirt is great and looks perfect. However if you want something less traditional, I would try another tailor.

Showed up on my last day in Bangkok to get measured for 3 shirts. As I didnt have time to do the usual fittings I knew I was taking a little risk but the shirts arrived 10 days later to me in the US looking and fitting great! For me this is the best tailor shop in BKK and the suit I got 5 years ago is still holding up as well. Thanks guys!

Always great service and always a professional product. The mix of Western style with Eastern hospitality and work-ethic makes Tailor on Ten not only the best place in South-East Asia to have your suits made, but probably in the Eastern hemisphere.

I’ve been a customer since 2013. Since I don’t know when I’ll be back in Bangkok, I used their website to design the shirts and put in the order. If you’re in BKK, definitely stop by and if not, their website is easy to use and they have a great selection of fabrics, colors, and styles.
