5Have purchased contact lenses for my family from this company for many years. Service is always very polite and delivery time is usually fast. Prices are good and they have lots of promotions.
Don't go here! This is not a shop that sells contact lenses, just the office of an online business.
In the same building there is an Israeli embassy or similar establishment, which has very unfriendly agents walking around that may cause you a lot of trouble. Just don't go.
Before I found out about Ta To Online, I bought my contacts from small shops both here in Thailand and in my home country where it was difficult to find the exact power, axis and cylinder before as I have big eyes. That all changed when I started using Ta-To. Their service is above and beyond! Why bother going to a shop, when you can have all of it handled online. They even sent me a few contact lenses to test to make sure I had the correct set. Absolutely fantastic. I will be making use of their services for the years to come. Customer-oriented, great, funny and trustworthy communication. This is how all businesses should operate in Thailand! Kudos.
