SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Sukhumvit 2

The staff are all very friendly. The rooftop pool isn't big, but it's clean and nice! The advantage of the location is that it's quiet, but it's a bit isolated so it's difficult to walk. There's a Starbucks, McDonald's, and Tim Hortons nearby, so it's convenient. The room condition is also good!

The hotel is worth its money and everything was well during our stay. Staff is really friendly and the pool is great. The free golf cart service to BTS is very convenient.
You just have to ask whenever you want and don't have to wait for a certain time period.

Location is quiet, outside the city center but surrounded by a lot of services.

I chose to stay here on my first night in Thailand. When I checked in, the lady at the counter told me something shocking—there was no hot water! I was dumbfounded, and it won’t be good tomorrow morning. The hotel just gave me two drink coupons for the rooftop bar in a very apologetic tone. When I went up to redeem it, I found out that I could only exchange it for juice.
But it’s a little fun at night~
The most satisfying thing about the hotel is that the room is very large, especially in this area. The bathroom has a large dry and wet separation. The floor is very clean. The bath towels feel good and are not old ones that have been used countless times. The mattress is good and the pillows are good to lie on. Overall, Very satisfied
Two thousand a night would have been perfect if the dilemma of no hot water had not happened ~

A lot bigger now. Great bar for cocktails, cheap but well made & presented. Great atmosphere. Great food. But busy in early evening, best to try & reserve if day before & group going, to avoid disappointment

Das beste Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Bangkok! Zimmer geräumig 4 Kissen sind Standard, alles wirkt neuwertig, schönes Badezimmer mit Regenwald Dusche. Pool auf dem Dach sehr schön, Preise für Zimmerservice gut. Da sind Hotels wie Somerset, die das doppelte Kosten, nicht besser. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich!

The pool is cute and it’s 10 mins walking distance from hotel to Phloen Chit which is not too far away. Hotel offer free golf car send to closer to BTS which is very sweet. The room doesn’t looks new but well maintained. Will consider stay again for the pool and the price

Good location, short walk to train station and several restaurants and bars. Rooms were clean and comfortable, good value for money. Staff were very attentive and friendly and happy to recommend how you get around the city.

Sure Stay Plus Hotel By Best Western Sukhumvit 2 is located in a central area of ​​Bangkok, 200 m from the subway line. The area is very well equipped with huge malls (Siam Center, Siam Paragon, etc.), hotels for all tastes and budgets. At Sure Stay, we felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool on the top floor, which has an extraordinary Viewpoint! The staff is very friendly, polite and very helpful with the information needed by any tourist. The hotel has a transport service with small tuk tuk type cars available for customers. In Bangkok, I recommend you to use the tuk tuk transport service, which is not expensive and offers you the opportunity to enjoy the enchanting view.

We stayed here as a group of 30 men, as part of our representation for Australia in the Masters Soccer World Cup. I cannot speak highly enough of every staff member! Thank you Roger, Prince and Anne for accommodating us and going above and beyond as hotel employees but more so you worked as a team. Thank you! We look forward to seeing you next year ️.

Stayed here for 2 nights March 2023.9 floored hotel, about 10 minutes walk from skytrain, Sukhumvit. Nice pool on top with bar open till about 10. Check in easy and staff friendly.decent sized room with large, comfy, king sized bed. Sofa, safe, kettle, fridge, hair-dryer, TV with satellite channels, good wifi, and large sized bathroom with walk in shower. Water took a bit to heat up and when it did, ouch!
Would recommend.

Das Hotel ist eindeutig zu empfehlen. Alles war sauber, das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns bei jedem kleinen Problem versucht uns bestmöglich zu helfen. Zimmer war Groß, der Rooftop Pool hat einen traumhaften Ausblick, welchen wir sogar noch am Tag der Abreise bis zum Schluss nutzen durften.
Das Frühstück war für Thailändische Verhältnisse sehr gut was wir jetzt nach mehreren Hotels Feststellen durften. Bis dato das Beste Hotel in Thailand

We stayed here multiple times during our 3 month Thailand trip when we needed to pass through Bangkok. The rooftop pool is a great place to pass some time, plenty of sun & chairs to lay in, nice view of buildings/skyline. Towels are available up there & there's a bar. Staff is super friendly. The golf cart will take you to the end of the street, but on our 2nd visit it was in the shop for maintenance.
Some rooms are better than others. On the 7th floor we had a regular room & aircon worked very well & we extended our stay more days. The 2nd visit, the only room left was a larger, more expensive room on a lower floor & the air-conditioning didn't blow cold air, just air. It was a miserable night in the room, hot & stuffy, but it was just 1 night & we had an early flight. I asked for a fan & they brought one that we put blowing on the bed. I wouldn't have stayed more nights in that specific room. Clean hotel.

I have stayed here twice with my partner, and would absolutely go back a third time. We have absolutely no issues with this hotel at all.

The rooms are lovely, spacious and very clean - with tea, coffee and a kettle!

The hotel boasts a rooftop pool and bar, rooftop is open until very late for a nice chilled end to your day with a beautiful view over Bangkok! The free-to-use gym serves its purpose and comes with a skyline view of Bangkok also.

The staff at the hotel are always so welcoming, friendly and accommodating- offering us lifts to the top of the road (past all the relentless advertisers of boat trips and tuk tuks) which we were always so grateful for.
