แต่เเม่บ้านทำความสะอาดห้องน้ำชอบกุ้กกัก กุเกกั้ก เสียงดีง คนเข้าห้องน้ำอยู่ก็มาพยายามเปิดประตู บ้าแล้ว หรือบางครั้งเดินเข้าอยู่ คิดจะเดินเข้ามาหยิบทิชชู่ทิ้งก็ทิ้ง ไม่มีมารยาท ไม่เห็นหรอว่าประตูแดงมันล้อคอยู่ บ้าแล้ว มีการชะโงกอีกนะว่ามีคนในห้องน้ำไหม จะให้เห็นกีเลยหรอถึงจะรู้ว่ามีคนเข้า

มาช่วยลูกชายจัดห้องเพิ่งย้ายมาอยู่วันแรก ก้อดีครับห้องเป็นสัดส่วนข้างล่างก้อมีร้านอาหารร้านซักอบรีด ร้านกาแฟ ร้านผลไม้สด มีเกือบทุกอย่างครับ ร้านเสริมสวย คือเหมือนมีห้างย่อมอยู่ใต้ตึก

Good place.good location with 7-11 restaurants salon inside. Nice facility and park. But something's to be fix like swimming pool shower. Near MRT bang-son just 200 metres by walking pass small gate at the end of condo.

คุ้มที่สุดเมื่อเทียบกับแบรนด์อื่น ทิศลมโกรกดีไม่ร้อนเลย มีสายไฟเบ้อแพลนเนทลากถึงห้องเลย เนตดี นิติทำงานดี มีคืนค่าส่วนกลางที่ไม่ได้ใช้ด้วย ปรับปรุงส่วนกลางเรื่อย ร้านรวงหลายร้านสะดวกดี

โครงการใหญ่โตมโหฬารมาก มีลูกบ้านเยอะ ส่วนกลางค่อนข้างใช้ได้เมื่อเทียบับราคาที่ถือว่าไม่สูงเลยในย่านทำเลทองใกล้สถานีบางบางซื่อขนาดนี้ แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม ด้วยความที่เป็นคอนโดเก่า ระบบ infrastructure พื้นฐานของคอนโดเลยไม่ค่อยดีเท่าไหร่ คอนโดนี้ไม่มีเน็ตไฟเบอร์ มีแค่สายทองแดง VDSL เท่านั้น และมีให้เลือกแค่ 2 เจ้าคือ ทรู กับ AIS ซึ่งคู่สายก็น้อยมาก ไม่เพียงพอต่อจำนวนลูกบ้าน ตอนนี้ต้องรอให้ AIS มีคู่สายว่าง เพราะไม่อยากใช้ทรู แต่ถ้าต้องรอนานๆ คงต้องตัดใจใช้ทรูไป

Nice condo at prachchuen with all facilities (breakfast cafe, coffee shop, smoothies and even 7-11 inside) alongwith a few saloons and massage centers.

Nice management, many facilities to enjoy and there are indoor and outdoor gym. Restaurants, nail shop, salons, laundries and etc are on the ground floor easy to access.

ในโครงการโล่ง โปร่ง ลมพัดเย็นสบายในช่วงเย็น-กลางคืน ห้องน้ำชั้น 1 ของส่วนกลาง มีหลายจุดดี ทางขึ้นระหว่างชั้นในอาคารจอดรถแคบ รถใหญ่ต้องระวัง เวลาเปิด-ปิดแอร์ในล๊อบบี้ไม่สอดคล้องกับการใช้งานจริงของผู้อยู่อาศัย ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องเวลาเปิด-ปิดแอร์ นอกนั้นก็เหมือนคนโดทั่วไป เช้าคนใช้ลิฟต์เยอะ รถติดในคอนโดตอนเช้า กลางคืนรถจอดเต็ม

ทางเข้าคอนโดนอันตรายมากมาก เกิดอุบัติเหตุเกียบทุกวันเพราะไม่มีเกาะกลางถนนเลี้ยวเข้ายากมาก นิติห่วยมาก เวลามีพัสดุ หาของช้า

เป็นคอนโดที่นิติบุคคลเลือกปฏิบัติกับผู้อยู่อาศัย ใครที่สนิทกันก็จะดูแลเป็นพิเศษ มีช่องที่จอดรถให้เฉพาะ ไม่มีการล็อคล้อ พอไปจอดทับที่คนเหล่านั้นคุณก็จะโดนโทษหนักทันที

คอนโดที่มีพื้นที่สาธารณะส่วนกลางที่ดีที่สุดคอนโดหนึ่ง มีสวน สระว่ายน้ำ ฟิตเนท ห้องคาราโอเกะห้องประชุม ห้องสมุด โต๊ะปิงปอง เพียบเลยทีเดียว

This is a wonderful condo in a great location.

In addition to parking available outside of the buildings, they also have 4 levels of covered parking available. There is also a designated, covered parking area for motorcycles.

Entry is gated with 24 hour security on-site. Guests with vehicles must register at the welcome gate for a parking pass. Just outside the front gate are many "street food" restaurants that serve everything from Somtam to Moo Deng to the ubiquitous pork noodle soup. You can even find grilled pork ribs, chicken, and Thai-style teas. There is also a 7-Eleven just 50 meters or so from the front entrance. There you will find ATMs for Krungsi and Kasikorn Banks.

Accessing the postage boxes and elevators to each building requires a fingerprint scan. I've been living here since December of 2017 and security has been excellent.

The condo has two cafes. Chin coffee is nearest to the front entrance, has a very quaint interior for sitting down and enjoying a drink with friends. They serve the standard fare, and an iced cappuccino or latte costs 35 baht (at last visit). Staff is quite friendly. The other cafe is close to the West building of the 3-building condominium. Its inside a laundry service office. They offer the standard fare, but an iced cappuccino/latte will cost 40 baht.

There are 2 or 3 salons, and one restaurant on the ground floor. Prices are on par with other establishments elsewhere.

The grounds outside are well-maintained and include walking/jogging path, and a small park area with toys for children to play on.

The infinity pool on the 5th level is beautiful, and sure to provide some relief from the heat here in Bangkok. The gym inside is decently equipped with exercise bikes, elliptical trainers, treadmills, weight machines, a couple of benches and dumbbells. There is also a dance-studio style room with exercise balls and mats for stretching or yoga.

There are bathrooms outside the gym complete with showers and a sauna. It really has a "country club" feel to it. Just bring your own shampoo, soap and towel.

The 5th floor also hosts meeting spaces complete with white boards and AV equipment for presentations. There's a room for ping pong, and If you're timing is good, you can even schedule a karaoke room for parties.

There is a back gate one can walk through to get to the Bang Son MRT station. The walk is about 200 meters, so access to the BKK MRT station is quick and convenient.

The new Gateway Mall is a short trip on a motorbike taxi, or a roughly 2km walk for the fitness conscious traveler. Chatuchak Park and the JJ Market are an easy trip on the MRT or taxi. Central Plaza and Union Mall are also nearby and easily accessible via MRT or taxi.

This is a conveniently located and very modern place with excellent amenities, excellent security, and a courteous staff. Prices for rental are more than reasonable for everything you get!

Spacious lobby to welcome guests who are coming to see tenants along with numerous carpark spaces available for us to both 3 floors carpark and outdoor carpark.

Great security to 5th floor to servicing staffs assisting room, pool, playarea, meeting point users.

Totally, I can say this is really perfectly moderate condominium.

It's a great place to live. The staff is attentive and the location is unbeatable being close to 3 MRT stations. The infinity pool on the 5th floor is awesome and the views from the higher floors are spectacular.
