พักอยู่ที่นี่. สระว่ายน้ำ ฟิสเนส จะอยู่ชั้นที่ 4 สระว่ายน้ำสะอาดดีมาก แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดดีมากค่ะ ทักทาย ยิ้มแย้มตลอดค่ะ

The service of agent is very very bad. We pay twenty four thousand baht, but everything is broken things. We say the agent, but agent told us to buy ourselves. Not fully furnished. Thay took us fourty eight thousand diposit and monthly pay twenty four thousand except electricity bill and water bill. On the other side the agent should know English a little for giving better service, but they can't speak in English well even a little. So, we have been suffering many problem during five months. I can't imagine how does the service is very very poor like Supalai park condo. Because this condo has a lot of reputation.

โครงการเก่าแต่ยังดูแลดีพอสมควร ส่วนกลางใหญ่ ที่จอดรถเยอะ แต่ลิฟต์จะไม่ตรงชั้น ต้องขึ้น/ลงบันไดอีกครึ่งชั้น (ยกเว้นลิฟต์ขนของที่ตรงชั้น) โครงการอยู่ติดถนน ใกล้ รฟฟ สายสีเหลือง ทั้งสถานีศรีอุดม และศรีเอี่ยม

I live here and think it's great. Concierge are always helpful and polite. Garden and pool is well maintained. The only downside is the corridors can be a bit musty due to the design and water pipes could do with replacing. Other than that I'm very happy!:)

Very convenient to go to nice shopping malls such as Paradise Park and Seacon square. 3minute-walk to the new station of yellow line, which is expected to be open around the end of this year. Swimming pool is superb.

แต่ห้องข้างบนเสียงดังและเคยเจอ*ีฝรั่ง ก็เลยตัดสินใจว่าไม่อยู่ต่อ สถานที่ที่ดีสำหรับคนที่คิดไม่มากรึคนที่ทนเสียงดังได้

แย่มากๆมาที่นี่ไม่บอกว่าจอดรถได้ กี่ชั่วโมง เราเป็นvisitorเราก็ดูว่าบอกจอดได้ฟรี 3 ชั่วโมง รีบทำธุระแทบแย่ ออกมาอีก 50 นาทีครบ 3 ชั่วโมงยามที่ป้อมบอกไม่ได้สแตมป์บัตรต้องเสีย 60 บาท บ้าหรือเปล่า สุดท้ายลูกบ้านต้องโอนมาใส่บัญชีนิติฯ อะไรมันจะขนาดนั้น ถามจริงศุภาลัยมีสาขามากมายจะเอารวยตรงนี้หรือ แถมตึกมีรอยร้าว ไม่อยู่นานน้ำก็ไม่ไหลซะงั้น

Lived here for many years, and very happy with the security and vast choice of shops and restaurants in thr building!

เดินทางเข้าบริเวณภายใน. สะดวก. สะอาด. รถจอดเป็นระเบียน. มีพื้นที่จอดมาก. คลีนิคแพทย์. สะดวก. บริการดีมาก. คุณอาจารย์หมอ. เป็นที่ประทับใจมากๆ.

ระบบอำนวยความสะดวกในการผ่านทางเข้าออกเริ่มใช้กดรับบัตรแทนยามรักษาความปลอดภัย ทำให้ผ่านรวดเร็ว

เป็นผู้เช่าค่ะ ห้องพังแจ้งแล้วแจ้งอีกหลายเดือนกว่าจะมาซ่อมให้ (ซ่อมก็สองสามวันพังอีกละ) ทีวีเสีย ต่อสัญญารอบสอง อยู่จนครบพึ่งจะเอาทีวีเก่าๆมาเปลี่ยนให้ แล้วพอหมดสัญญาหักเยอะมาก ของเพื่อนเราก็โดนแบบนี้เหมือนกัน และที่สำคัญลิฟต์เสียบ่อยมาก

Condominium Room space is quite big.and 50 m swimming pool is the one you cannot find in anyother condominiums of bangkok.
The cons includes building looks quite old.

เป็นคอนโดใหญ่ อยู่ใกล้ๆวัดศรีเอี่ยม ตรงกันข้ามกับโนโวเทล กำลังสร้างทางรถไฟฟ้าผ่านถนนศรีนครินทร์ มีที่ออกกำลังกาย สระว่ายน้ำ มีเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย 24 ชั่วโมง ใช้ระบบคีการ์ด มีต้นไม้ร่มรื่นพอควร มีที่จอดรถมากพอควร สภาพทั่วไปดูดีครับ

My best stay and the best time in Bangkok! Great staff, great place with lots of restaurants/ marts/ greenery!

คอนโดติดถนน ห้องกว้าง แต่ราคาถูกกว่าที่อื่นมาก ค่าส่วนกลางก็ถูก คนน้อย ที่จอดรถเยอะ ลิฟไม่ต้องรอนาน มีรปภเยอะ ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยดี สวนและสระว่ายน้ำสวยและสะอาด

I think this place need more attention. The buildings are getting old, and lots of empty vendors.

Beautifully maintained rooftop garden and pool. The pool's huge. There's also a really cool yoga room and gym. The building has plenty of shops/salons/restaurants in the ground floor.
