I changed my mind. I first gave this dealership a poor review because I had a lot of trouble with the service staff over a simple, routine service. However, the General Manager, Khun Wiratana, stepped in and took control. Instantly the level of service improved by 1000%, and he did everything possible to correct mistakes and re-earn my trust. I can honestly say that I will return for future service of my '06 Jazz.
