The owner here only stole money! Moreover, he is an illegal immigrant. Foreigners cannot do this job. I reported this guest to the police and immigration authorities. He will soon be internationally wanted. This criminal steals money. A dirty room full of insects that can't be closed because the lock is broken. There is also a possibility that a hidden camera has been set up. Never stay here.

Nice local area in Bangkok with good access to motorbike taxi, public transport and restaurants.

This room is a very nice place to stay in Bangkok, very clean and comfortable, and the location is great too. Many restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The host always replied fast and was very helpful. I definitely recommend it!

Great location (always rent a scooter in bkk, so easy), easy communication, and great value for money. It is small, but this is made clear beforehand, so think if this suits your plan/style.

I stayed here for six weeks and everything was super easy - communications, arrival, check-in, cleaning, using the washing machines and finally check out. Basically idiot-proof, which suits me fine.

If you take the apartment for teleworking, you could quickly find it small.
But if you take the apartment just to sleep there, it's perfect.

I stayed for a month in December 2022. The host was friendly and responded quickly to inquiries. Overall I was satisfied. It was a 10-minute walk to the bus stop, and 7-Eleven on the left and right were also within a 5-minute walk. I have just returned to Korea and am finally writing a review. The accommodation was clean and the room was cleaned once a week.
I am very satisfied, except that the only regret is that I could hear singing late at night from the restaurant across from me. Recommended as a cost-effective accommodation in central Bangkok.
