Spicy by Nature

A nice Little nondescript Indian restaurant on a posh road with good food and fantastic service.
We tried the place for lunch. It's around 8 min walk from Ekkamai BTS.
The food: Food was quite good. We ordered Paneer tikka for starter, butter chicken, Goan fish curry and Veg biryani for mains and Qulfi and Gulab jamun for dessert. Also ordered bread basket. Paneer tikka was the best, juicy and fresh, followed by butter chicken. Goan fish curry was OK, they should have used a bit softer fish while Veg Biryani was v spicy even with Raita. Bread basket had Garlic naan, plain naan and Tandoori roti. Naans were OK but Roti was hard. Portions of food were generous and we couldn't finish all.
Among desserts Qulfi was nice while Gulab jamun had harder core (guthli) in it.
Special.mention of chutneys they served green, red and Mango chutney was really nice.
Service: Service was quick and efficient. Owner himself was around and chatted a bit and also showed us the place. He also showed the halal certificate of the supplier, appreciate him making effort to make customers comfortable. It's always good to have owner around as it greatly improves service quality. Staff was very friendly.
Price: Heavy lunch for 4 costed 2400+ baht. Not too pricey and good value for money.

Excellent set Thali lunch special. I went for the mutton which was great value at 220 baht. I appreciated the complementary snack. The mutton was on the bone, but I don't mind that, it was soft and very tasty, the curry was a little spicy, just what I asked for. Nice environment and the modern Indian music playing in the background was really good. Highly Recommended.

ถ้าใครอยู่แถวสุขุมวิท โซนเอกมัยแล้วชอบกินอาหารอินเดีย ร้านนี้แนะนำเลย จะตั้งอยู่ในซอยเอกมัย ถ้าใครขับรถมา แนะนำว่าให้โทรไปบอกทางร้านก่อน ซึ่งเขาจะมีที่จอดรถให้ แต่ไม่เยอะมาก แค่ 1-2 คันเอง

ร้านนี้เป็นร้านอาหารอินเดียแท้ๆ ทั้งพนักงานและเจ้าของร้านก็เป็นคนอินเดีย เพราะฉะนั้นมั่นใจได้ว่าอร่อยจริง

ส่วนเราซึ่งไม่ได้กินอาหารอินเดียบ่อยนั้น เลยกะปริมาณของอาหารไม่ค่อยถูก ทำให้สั่งเป็นการแบบกะปิ๊ปกะปอย ทยอยๆ ไปเรื่อยๆๆ ทำให้ได้อาหารช้าพอสมควร แนะนำว่าทให้ถามพนักงานเลยว่าควรสั่งปริมาณเท่าไหร่ เขาจะได้แนะนำให้ถูก เพราะแต่ละอย่าง ใช้เวลาในการทำประมาณ 15 นาที ซึ่งถือว่านานมาก จะขาดช่วงได้

It was a little spicy, but it was delicious.
I didn't know how to eat the cucumber, onion, and tomato as a side dish.

Another good Indian restaurant in town serving food in suitable portion with good service.
The staff well informed the detail of each menu.

The samosa is good. The taste is quite similar to Kari pup

Butter chicken is good taste and smell

Mutton is ok, not too weird for us

The 3 sauce is good for everything

The price is quite high

Top quality Indian food, thali are the best available option here. I loved the vegetarian options here, do think this was one of the expensive Indian restaurants around the city.however the quality and taste will the everlasting experience in your life. Very big hearted staff, they recommend their best food here. Their service was like 5 start restaurants service. After eating non-veg food around, was craving for vegetarian food, the vegetarian thali was the best. With the beer, it was fantastic.
Service was quick. Also, they have Indian species for sale or home delivery.
Indian species gives us the authenticity of India.

Hindi old songs from 70s and 80s in the background was very soothing and relaxing. Enjoyed my lunch listening to evergreen Hits.

Good place for Indian food. Expensive just like any other Indian food in Bangkok. Food is good. We tried the local Indian sweets Ladoo and Barfi after food but was not fresh.

One of the better Indian restaurants I’ve had in Bangkok. Chicken Jalfrezi was good. Naan fresh.

Staff were helpful from the beginning and helped me to find a space to park outside. Food was very good, could not fault the taste at all. Definitely will be returning again.
We had the Palak Paneer, Mutton Rogan Josh, chicken Biriyani and some Garlic Naan. All dishes were very good indeed.

Owner and staff were super nice to accommodate my request to serve food in restaurant despite the delay.

If you want to try best punjabi and North Indian food in Bangkok Thailand then must visit this place.
Price is bit costly but as per quality and taste it’s worth it.

Ordered tandoori chicken and another dish. Just had tandoori chicken. I ordered it from grab food. It is probably one amongst the worst I had. It was expensive but going by reviews, I bought it. I just threw all of them away. This was not at all expected going by the reviews. Wastage of money and time and you end up deteoraiting your health by having these stale food.

Really loved it if you are looked for good quality authentic Indian food you can for sure try it.

Best Indian in Bangkok, bar none. Traditional Indian restaurant decor with authentic food and lovely staff. Highly recommend coming here for your Indian fix.
