I want to give it ten stars. I was worried after reading other reviews that it was a scam for tourists. But when I went to buy medicine, they recommended a fairly affordable medicine to me. I took it for one day and my condition improved significantly. Thank you very much. I am really helpless when I have a fever and cold when I come to Thailand for the first time. Medium, very expensive. For 10 boxes of jellys she want 4000, than discount to 3500 with 10 sachets for a Box with 7. I payed before in another place for a big Box with 50 peaces 1500. And she says its a Fake the big boxes, thats not right, it works

I've used the pharmacy many years & times to buy genuine products. Some of the ratings here from some people and their complaints I find hard to understand. The staff are first class and speak excellent English. I will continue to use this pharmacy.

Convenient drugstore with welcoming English speaking staff who take care of all your prescriptions. I go there, even if my hotel is not in the neighborhood. I love it!

Please avoid. I used to be a customer for over 20 years. They had fair prices and it was always my first stop buying medicine in Bangkok. Now it became a rip off. Small example: A melasma cream that cost in Boots 150 they wanted 250. Sidrega 300. Those are easy available for 250. The list is even longer. I guess they don't really care knowing there are enough tourists who would not mind their pricing. I'm not one of those.

They claim to be 24 hours but don't take calls.
I had an emergency and needed some medicine. Bangkok has 7-Eleven on each corner but 24 hours pharmacies are rare, and those which are here are of no use.

1 particular lady staff is super rude and borderline as their service to you depends on how u look like.

Please educate your people to listen to the customer instead of getting moody for no apparent reason

I bought some medication today and I want to have my fever checked. They said they don't have any fiber gauges for customers, they have to go to the hospital to have their fiber measured. Asked several times, you don't measure your customer's temperature.
Is it possible?

The staff actually take time out to help help the customers. A nice relief for tourists with medical issues

I lost my wallet inside the store. When I found out, I retraced my steps in Bangkok but did not find it. As I was retracing in front of the pharmacy, an employee called me. I said I don't want to buy, I lost my wallet. She proceeded to hand it to me. A customer found it on the floor and turned it in to the pharmacy. All the money was there along with my credit cards. And, they did not accept a $1000 bath for returning it. Thank you!

Well-stocked pharmacy. Reasonable prices in contrast to some other pharmacies in Sukhumvit which sometimes charge twice as much. Everything was very clean and tidy. That is the reason why I have been coming to this pharmacy for 3 years.

I have gone here several times to get my medications and have always been greeted as soon as I enter and attended too immediately. If multiple options are available (quantity or dosage) they always ask to make sure I get the one that I want/need. They have always stocked the medications I use and the one time they didn't have one in the store, they ordered for me and had it delivered to the store the following day and having taken down my number, called me to let me know when it arrived. Prices seem reasonable from what I can tell and are cheaper than getting from the hospital.

Great pharmacy. Friendly, helpful staff. Very good prices and good stock of a diverse range of medicine. Best part: Four super soft and friendly cats who all enjoy a good pettin'!
