Somerset Sukhumvit Thonglor Bangkok

My favorite place when i'm in Bangkok. Location is brilliant and the rooms have been very nicely refurbished. Very cosy and makes you feel being home immediately. The whole staff (sales, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, shuttle service) is very friendly and will do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Truly a 5 Star expierence in the land of smiles. Thanks to everyone at Somerset Thonglor

Very friendly staff and Hotel location is great! Cleanliness is extremely superb! Just one things as their rooms do not have SMART TV. But Overall an outstanding experience. Easy 5/5. Stayed in one bedroom executive for two days. The rooms were quite large and all amenities were present in the room. We had a kitchen, washer fryer, steam press, bathtub, sofa and every other facility imaginable. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well. The service was really great. They have a shuttle service which you can use to access BTS stations which was more helpful then we thought. It was a perfect stay.

Very friendly staffs that makes you feel welcome and true Thai hospitality. I was allocated the top floor room with open view that I truly enjoyed looking out. Shuttle service is excellent. Although the room furnitures look tired but all working fine with the new sofa, bathroom and kitchenette makes up for a comfortable stay.

Excellent stay, great pool clean futuristic hotel. The service provided by Tai, Nook, Mr. Vee was unprecedented. They helped me track down my mobile phone, we're flexible on checkout and helped arrange transport to my next destination.

We staid in the Business Suite, two and a half rooms really high and with light fleeted rooms.

I called them for reservations and the staff was very unhelpful they werent able to help with simple things

Best accommodation I had in Bangkok ever (more than 10 trips).

Overall service was great and the hotel was clean. I enjoyed the pool as well. There are some downsides that I experienced (details below).

The elevators take forever everyday, being the slowest elevator I've experienced in 10+ bangkok hotels I've stayed. Usually takes 10-15 minutes to pick up something from the lobby and come back to the 15th floor.

The bed was so so. It is not uncomfortable, but also not as comfortable as other 4 star hotels.

We've been staying in Somerset Thonglo for a week, all staffs here are very nice and well trained. The highlight is the room itself, built with high quality materials, unlike many new builds these days are just not in good shape. We stayed in an one bedroom flat, equipped with full kitten wares, stove, washing machine, making long stay in Bkk so much more convenient. Also the location of the hotel is great too, there's many restaurants and bars around, highly recommended.

Had a great time. Restaurant is very so so - the food isn’t bad but the service can be super slow. But overall not a bad spot to stay, we certainly enjoyed it

We were there for our first anniversary and I couldn't be happier. The room is big and clean. The staff are friendly. The hotel is located in the heart of Thonglor, surrounded by various kinds of restaurants.

Gives you the feel of home and on a tour, this place is amazing and has got one of the best pools I have seen in a while. Its for family, dating and alone time too. Go ahead try it for yourself.
