The prices here are much better than their affiliates owned by the same dental group. However, their customer service is terrible. I was charged about $1000 more than quoted. The office staff speak poor English, are rude to foreigners, cannot answer simple questions, are unhelpful with billing methods (don’t even know their own correct SWIFT number for bank transfers), and generally all seem to hate their jobs. Let’s get to the important bit though. After the final implants were installed, I had a neighboring tooth chip/crack two days after. I contacted the doctor, and she stated “the x-rays we took after don’t show any cracks, so it is not related to the procedure. ” First, I saw the bitewing X-rays when the tech took them, and they only show the implant, not the neighboring teeth. Second, any medical professional in the world (nevemind one you just paid thousands of dollars to) should at the very least offer a free consultation to inspect the chipped/cracked tooth. And finally, to give a blanket statement that a damaged tooth neighboring an implant two days after a procedure could not have been caused by the procedure is just plain asinine. Anyone with a reasonable mind can conclude that’s entirely possible. I have gone to another dentist to have a filling put on that tooth, but it will probably need to be extracted within a few years due to the size of the chip. I would have been more than happy to just have a free filling installed and considered the long term prognosis simply “you get what you pay for. ” But to just be dismissed as not their fault or problem after they got their money is infuriating enough to take the time to write this review. Be warned, the only customer service you will get from this group is from the sales professional on your first visit.
