Sivalai Place

Me and my friends stayed at Sivalai for our exchange semester at Thammasat university. It was the best decision we could have taken. The staff is super friendly. The facility is clean and nicely equipped, they have 3 nice tennis courts and a huge swimming pool. On top of that comes the giant rooftop terrace with a view of bangkoks skyline. The location of Sivalai place is cozy, it is not too busy and still the distance to the main sights is little.
All in all we had a great time there during our 5 months stay. We can only recommend it!

Overall good. Tennis is a little loud in the morning. Wifi is not very good and inconsistent.

The room is quite big… only thing I don’t like is the shower temperature, the water temperature doesn’t keep constant it gets cold immediately

Stayed here for 6 months and really loved the familiar atmosphere. Great value for money! Will come back to Sivalai for sure:)

I stayed for a month, the price is good for what you get. Helpfull staff, nice swimmingpool and gym. The room is large and well equipped.

I stayed there for 2 weeks. The room size is quite big for what we’ve to pay. Have a big swimming pool and a nice view over the window. The owner is very friendly and give us a huge discount too.

The size of the room was incredible value for money. We had views of the sunrise over Bangkok through one window and the sunset through the other.

It’s a 5 minute walk to the nearest sky train station, which then gave us easy access to the city and the sites.

The staff were all lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay

We had a bad experience. We book a monthly room. After we pay the deposit The staff inform us that we had to pay rent and additional charges for washing sheets and towels. Why didn't you provide information in the first place! In the case of daily stays as well after the rental payment has been made. The staff later informed that If you want to use the swimming pool, you have to pay extra, The air conditioner in the room is old and noisy with dripping water, water heater in the bathroom.can't adjust the temperature, Many of the equipment in the room was damaged. Definitely not going back to stay again.

Sivalai place staff and crew are all nice and accommodating, you can see a genuine smile in their face and some of them can speak English very well.

Swimming pool is nice and with high standard,
Tennis court are all in good condition.
Fitness gym hmmm i can rate 6.5 out of 10

Spotless, quiet, friendly staff, great food cooked by Little Chef, nice swimming pool. Love everything about Sivalai Place. Would love to come again. Can recommend to anyone.

I have stayed at the Sivalai Place for for 5 months during my time as an exchange student, and I definitely recommend it! (Super) nice people, beautiful rooms, good food and an amazing view from the rooftopterrace. Awesome place
