Silom Sauna

There is a public bathhouse, there are still many of these in Russia. No renovations have been done for a long time, but despite this, everything is clean. The floor is stone everywhere, so it is better to take rubber slippers with you.

There are two steam rooms, the dry steam is very good, the walls and shelves are made of old wood, which creates a pleasant atmosphere.
The second steam room is a hammam, but, in my opinion, the concentration of steam was small.

The pool with cold water was not cold at all, just slightly below room temperature. Maybe it's just this once.

The sauna costs 250 baht, and fruit and drinks are provided.
Drinks can be replaced. The temperature of the sauna is high, and the water bath is also cold. There is also a small pool and bath, and a steam sauna.
You can bring your cell phone and smoke.

A true gem. Forget about the fancy saunas and on sens. If you want proper hot sauna and ice cold pool… this is the place! It’s a shame it’s men only

This is a hidden gem in Bangkok.

They have both steam room and dry sauna.

The dry sauna is a bit too hot.

There are 3 pools with extremely cold, extremely hot and lukewarm water, which is great to dip in after the sauna session.

Included in the price they I’ll provide 2 big cup of juice water, tea and a plate with fruit.

Lockers and towels are also provided.

Despite the look this is a great sauna. Amazing free fruit and ice tea and finally a very cold plunge pool!

This a real local Thai sauna / steam room with a cold pool and a hot pool as well. It's rough around the edges and I think it's for men only, but the sauna is very hot and the pool is cold and refreshing, great facilities for the price highly recommend.

The treatment you get here is best one. Specially indians must have visit this kind of places instead of only bar and clubs. Fully body will be energies with this treatment. They are very low rated and no time boundary and unlimited fruit and salad here.

The building is dilapidated but very nice. Recommended for those who want to experience a local feeling. The water bath is very cold, but it feels good

Exciting place! For a friendly welcome there are fresh fruit and cool drinks! I felt very well. I spent a pleasant and relaxed time in the sauna!

So I am not Thai and not very macho so I don’t fit in at all but truly enjoy the very hot sauna and very cold plunge pool. There is free fruit and - I am told- special massage by ladies.

Good facilties. It would get a 5 star rating if it was nicer and cleaner. Otherwise it is awesome

Been coming to silom sauna since it was on silom road 20+years ago. I always have a good sweat, great staff and the international clientle always affords a good conversation.
