Siam@Siam Design Hotel Bangkok

Unfortunately it's getting old. We were there 3 times. The last time was 10 years ago. I would have given it a complete 5*****. The location is very central, right next to the MBK Center, National Stadium and near the Skytrain.

Great hotel. Central with restaurants, fitness and outdoor pool. Near shopping centers. It was perfect for 4 days in Bangkok.

Rooms provide an idyllic scenery ; serviced personnels are on hand to help the guests. The hotel deserves the price.

Nice staffs especially Tina and Gabriel are really helpful. I was recommended many attractions in Bangkok and good restaurants. They helped me to grab taxi which has meter services as well as the restaurant reservation. The room was so nice and clean, I stayed for 2 nights, it was a very impressive experience.

Very nice location, food is generally outstanding. I'm usually going to eat on the rooftop every time i'm in Bangkok.
But this time the service was not as expected. The "hot stone" on which i had to cook my sirloin by myself was cold, the fries we ordered came right after we finished our meal. Also the glasstable was broken, so that one of our guests got injured by it.

I hope the next time will be more satisfiing.

I was there for two nights last week. The hotel is very nice, and offers a lot of great features. The bar downstairs with live music, the breakfast as well as the swimming pool are wonderful.

While i was there, i broke my toe in Bangkok Streets (ouch) and all the staff has been wonderful with me, except they charged me for the ice bucket the first day. They were always caring, and spontaneously proposed sticks and help. Spending time at the frontdoor talking with 'Champ' was great time, it's really refreshing to discuss with people that are in such good mood and funny.

Unfortunately, given my accident i had to stay in my room a full day, and my room (1004) had to windows (well, a window but 100% obstructed by wood panes). It was a bit disappointing. But i was able to join the 22nd floor where the woman was just so nice (she offered to call my plane company so that they find a good seat for me because of my injury).

Another minor downside that often irritates me is when you have to wait 5 minutes for the lift. Only two lifts for such a busy hotel is a bit too few i would say, but this is minor stuff. Again, all the personnel was great, and the cat sleeping in front of the hotel is a good sign:) Peaceful and warm place, for sure.

Well decorated art installations and art pieces created by the local artists. The hotel interior design expresses an unusual rich cultural flavors of Thailand somehow. The hotel staffs are friendly and accommodating. I was surprised by their “out to help” attitude. It made the whole 3 nights stay in the hotel memorable. The pub plays live music till late which is also a good place to catch up with friends and chill out. Awesome place!

The Art Pieces are good. But the “hotel room design” is not that nice, and even stupid.
The swimming pool doesn’t have sunshine before noon, the water is too cold in the morning.
The roof top bar has a good view, but the cocktail drink seems doesn’t contain enough alcohol.and it is a bit over price.i won’t visit it again.

The first 9 pics is the Heritage room. Its gorgeous. *Bed is amazingly comfortable.not too firm not too soft.
*The bathroom has a shower and bath but shower has great water pressure.
*There are no views vut the floor to ceiling windows give you privacy as there is just a wall behind it.
*The tv is like a 50+ inch tv. You also get club room access n facilities. These rooms are on level 10.

The other photos are of the Club room.
*Again the bed is amazing.
*tv is smaller and its in the corner as opposed to being directly in front of bed.
*The bathroom is smaller as well.both rooms have a little couch.

Breakfast in the buffet on ground floor was much nicer than the one on level 22 whixh appeared to be aimed at upper class kind of brekky. Sushi.hors d'oerves

^location is a few mins from National stadium and 1 stop to Siam. So very central.
Taxi to airport is between 300-400 baht depending on negotiation skills. But closer to 400 incl tolls.

Beautiful views, amazing pool, friendly staff, great location in new Bangkok, rooms could be cleaner and elevator takes forever.

Very sweet staff that provides excellent service. Beautiful view from rooms and breakfast is interesting with really good choice and quality. Wherever you look you find art and beautiful colors. Pool area could however have had a few more chairs.

I would highly recommend this hotel, the taxi driver told me it was excellent, my travel agent said it was very good, I talked to a couple from Sydney and it was there 2nd stay here, I will stay here again, excellent rooms 1st class, the staff were very helpful and friendly, great service, well done.

Lovely hotel, nice people, very welcoming, rooms are lovely, the pool is chilled and very cool to look at, the roof car is very pleasant at night

I was not a resident at your Hotel, but was staying in Holiday Inn next door. I just stepped in to have a few drinks at your bar. I was served by your staff Ms. Ning who is an extremely lovely lady and she helped me with some local sight seeing spopts. She was very cordial and impressed me a lot. You must be proud to have a staff like Ning and she is an asset to you. She knows how to treat her customers. Appreciations all the way from New Zealand. Well done Ning.

The people here are very friendly and helpful. The food is great and there is an infinity pool and rooftop dining as a bonus.

Sehr gute Lage, schöne und saubere Zimmer. Tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer und der Roof top Bar. Der infinity pool ist sehr schön, von dort hat man auch einen schönen Ausblick
