Chim by Siam Wisdom was a delightful treat. The staff was really nice and the food was amazing. A culinary journey through the Thai cuisine. Would definitely recommend to visit it is worth the money, which is definitely at the more pricier levels compared to other restaurants, but for a one starred restaurant more than fair enough. Well done!

A truly special meal. Quite costly, especially for Bangkok, but the food is exquisite and if it was appropriate to lick my plate after each course, I would have. One word to describe the experience: luxurious.

Completed good Thai food. The food lives up to its Michelin star. And there is more than enough of it. Halfway through you are full, but you continue because of the good taste.

Outstanding Experience! Exceptional dining at the Michelin star restaurant of Chef Noom. High class food and high class service at a wonderful restaurant location. We had the set menu, that is the best way to experience Thai cuisine at its best. A warm recommendation to everyone reading this!

It was a real hassle to make a reservation with „W“ via email (only because we found no other way to make a reservation). It took 5 mails and 2 days to make the reservation. When we arrived at the restaurant we were asked, if we had a reservation, since none was noted. „W“, who answered to our mail, was on holiday this day and must have forgotten about our 5 emails. Furthermore, we were asked if we had made a deposit for the almost THB 3000+ meal that was fixed due to covid. No a la carte options. Of course we had no information about that. Although no reservation was in the system thankfully we were allowed to have a seat at the almost empty restaurant. We left for the next michelin restaurant. I would recommend you to do the same.

Chef embodies the spirit of hospitality. Didn't have a reservations and he happily accommodated us. The best preparation of beef tongue I've ever had. Prawn in filo dough very good as well as the grilled prawns. Excellent pork massaman curry. Service staff very good and professional (could use a little more training if they want to step up their game to match the level found in fine dining in places like the u.s. Or Europe. But that can be said for most fine dining establishments in Asia. The petit fours and desserts were very generic and underwhelming. Nonetheless, thank you chef and service staff for a very memorable experience!

Unlike traditional Thai cuisine, the food here is very special. Maybe my expectation was a little bit high due to the Mechelin, the food here disappointed me a little （just a little).

Great food tasting menu and experience! Affordable and delicious food that’s been thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The service was fantastic and our waiter had a great sense of humor. The restaurant has traditional architecture mixed with some modern touches. Would definitely come back!

Nice presentation of the food. However the staff shld advise the customer that the food is on the Spicer side. Taste is well balance. For Michelin one star restaurant, I was expecting better service. Overall experience is ok for the price paid compare to Singapre Michelin one star restaurant price.

Every dish I had was great.but I was expecting more since it is a multi-year Michelin star winner…the coconut dumpling dessert is really quite average like everywhere else
