Siam Serene Massage & Serene Spa

Basically, I think this is a place where the masseuses give above average massage. It's near the Shangri-La Hotel, so it's easy to access, the facilities are clean, and there was no conversation during the massage. In particular, I received a foot massage from masseuse “Pun”, and it was the best during my trip to Thailand. I was so satisfied. Highly recommend!

I went there because it was close to the hotel, but it was so bad ;;
What was funny was that at first, a masseuse came and washed the feet of both me and my group.
My masseuse came later during the massage, and continued massaging while talking to the person next to me.
At first, the masseuse in charge of my group also kept talking. Afterwards, he doesn't speak, but my masseuse mutters to herself.

And you can think of the massage as just a back and elbow massage.
Massage your back while pressing your elbows everywhere and talking continuously.
All I could do was keep pressing very hard with my elbow, and the rest was like pinching my skin as if I hadn't trimmed my fingernails.
I put so much weight on my back with my elbows that I felt like I couldn't breathe for a moment, and when they told me to be strong and tell me to be weak, now I just fiddle with them ;;

Here's the really funny thing!
It was supposed to be a one-hour massage, but it lasted 20 minutes, and in the middle, this woman left and someone else came in and gave the massage.
Do you think the masseuse here changes midway through?
I've stayed in Bangkok for a long time and come here often, so I've had many massages, but this was the first time the person changed in the middle of the massage.

This is my first time seeing a masseuse leave midway and have someone else come in like a baton touch (?) ;;
As I opened the curtain and left, I saw someone else come in, and my companion said he saw the masseuse change while getting a massage.
But the new massage lady was seriously weak again ;;
I really didn't have any strength in my hands, so it felt like I was just playing around with things.
The new person did it for another 20 minutes, and then suddenly the old lady who had been doing it came in and did it for 10 minutes.

This talkative woman pressed me with her elbow again, and I was completely dumbfounded.
To be honest, I was originally going to stop the ramen massage and leave halfway through, but there was a group of people next to me so I had no choice.
In short, it was the worst.

When I left, I asked for a massage at the counter.
I was busy catching a taxi because I had plans for the next day, so I didn't mention that the masseuse had changed and just said it wasn't that good.
Then, I called someone and told them that the massage wasn't that good, and the person told me to get a 20% discount, but when I said that I would talk during the massage, they seemed to tell me to get a 50% discount.

Honestly, a full refund would be correct, but there's no way you could do that in a place like this.

Anyway, here, the masseuse goes in and out while giving a massage, and in the middle, another masseuse does it as if he is touching a baton.
And at the end, he did it himself and gave a massage just like he did originally.

The massage lady goes in and out and gives massages like that, but she thinks other people don't notice ;;
And the area that the massage bed touched was very itchy.
When you come here, two masseuses take turns giving massages, and even the two massage therapists are not very good.
One person gave a pre-ride elbow massage, and the other person gave a massage;;
It was really, really bad ;;

Did a foot massage there. Chairs are comfortable and I felt very relaxed afterwards. They did a good job and knew the amount of pressure we needed.

Great location closed to the Shangri-la hotel. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We had 2 hours foot massage serviced by Bow and Kob. They both have excellent technic and pampered us well during the service.

Highly recommended and hope we can reserve them again.

Worse place ever for Thai Massage!
Masseuse was not professional. She couldn't make anything right. Her Massage was too hard, extreme dangerous, scary! Now I got pain all over my back and my right arm. She wasn't polite as well, no smile, making noises, talking to other masseuses in other room. Too bad this place!

Went here today, and dislikes the massage and the attitude. The woman was destroying my bone, it was very hurtful. I told her to be more delicate but she just go with what she likes. She was also making laud noises, laughing and talking.
Let me tell you: Massage place is supposed to be silent and relaxing.

Recommend advance booking because there are lots of customers come to this place.

I have to wait 15 minutes but it is worth to wait. It is heaven on earth and you can find here.
