I and my family I'm happy every time I get all service at Kempinski Hotel. This is a good place for family vacations.

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff and in a great location. It has become my favorite hotel. Absolutely recommend. Extended for another 7 nights today!

A very nice hotel, comfortable and the food at Sra Bua was delicious. The service was great, also the location. Great experience. Enjoyed every bit of it.

Booked five nights having a huge discount on full advance payment. Upon arrival, we got a room upgrade for free.

Complimentary fresh fruit, mini bar and water. Refilled daily without any additional charge. Excellent breakfast included.

Room was spacious, well maintained, clean and hygienic. Modern decor. The balcony with an open city and garden view was nice. Most important was it's quiet and sound proof. A room next to the escalator but not a noise was heard. Very relaxing stay and comfortable sleep.

This hotel is situated in the heart of the city and adjacent to Siam Paragon joined with a flyover walkway. Extremely convenient for shopping and dining.

All staff displayed professionalism in their respective fields like front desk, f&b, room service, lobby attendance. Extremely friendly, polite, attentive and helpful. To quote an example, I left a pair of wireless earphones under the pillow and checked out. It costed quite a few bucks. I phoned the hotel and within few minutes, they returned call letting me know that they found it together with a t-shirt too. They would kept for me until return.

Everything experienced exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

We shall be back the next visit in Bangkok.

A true resort breakfast experience in the heart of the city, surrounded by pools, water features, palm trees and gardens.

One of the best city resort-style hotels in Thailand with amazing decor throughout, beautiful gardens and swimming pools, superb restaurants, an award-winning spa and a state of the art gym. Very popular with Thai families at the weekend and long holidays, the best time to visit is during the week. We stayed in the duplex pool access cabana and really enjoyed our stay. ALATi and Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin are fabulous restaurants serving some of the best cuisine in town and are not to be missed.

The Hotel is really amazing, great location near Siam Paragon, very easy to come, great services, gorgeous interior. Restaurant is quite good also.
The price is a bit higher compare to another places but it is worth. Highly recommended

Our stay was so perfect! Food was amazing. Service here was world class. My family and I had a great time and will definitly go back!

This is our second stay in this fantastic Hotel, we like to stay there when we want shopping or just to relax. This time we booked a duplex cabana with a pool excess. We really enjoyed our stay.we keep coming back to this hotel because the great location, the good service and the good restaurants.

I decided to celebrate my father's 72th birthday. I had informed to hotel's staff prior to arrival but nothing was special. I felt my request was ignored.

We spent one night here, and found out the Prince / Princess is not just the hotel concept. All staff made us felt like that.

Note: spa is fabulous, therapists are well trained.

Everything was ok, but crowded check-in-line and drop-in service. (This is not my 1st time.) It's been a month since my check-out and night/stay not credit to my account (as BLACK member). I am very disappointed and also after I followed up and the hotel, they told me that front changed my reservation to my father in law's name who isn't GHA discovery member, how they change without my permission? (I booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 child). Please beware of booking with GHA discovery membership as they will switch the name.

Wonderful decorations place and excellence location. I may over expectation in great reputations. Many disappointments in room and services.
Broken opened bathroom curtains. I had to naked to my little daughter. Bathtub water tap was also broken, made wet floor every time when bath in tub. Broken air conditioner was not able to be adjusted. Change temp to 32 degrees, felt like 18 degrees, very cold and shivering.
Breakfast was good.
Services were nothing appreciate in this hotel class. Anyway I may expect too much.

Celebrate my little daughter birthday. Everything was so smooth. Room decoration was very good, room preparation was ready since last night so we didn't have to wait housekeeper like previous time. Birthday cake, birthday back drops, balloons, high chair, kid toilet seat, were set up ready.
Evening turn down was so impressed. Bubble foam bathtub, warm aroma salty foot spa were well prepared when we came back. TV was not full smart TV and Bose audio systems was not support bluetooth connection and very difficult to joining in.

Here is the best for family with little children. Kid club is so nice, all staffs is excellent. Highly recommend for children to play here.

It's the first time going to this hotel. The hotel is in the center of the city, next to siam paragon, traveling is not difficult, but if going when siam paragon opens, traffic may be a little congested. The reception was an impressive one. But the story from our stay on vacation Causing you to stand and wait for check-in But I can understand that there are many people:) The staff at the front walk to the room. Recommended rooms, alati restaurant, beautiful decoration, fast service staff, delicious food, beautiful rooms. Full glass allows the light to enter fully. Makes the room not look small, club lounge, when moving down to the first floor may not be as beautiful as above. But received great service as usual Breakfast has a reasonable selection. Impressed. Hint of phuket. Delicious. Strange. Two days of staying saw MD walking around greeting guests several times. It's no surprise that the staff here are so nice. Overall very impressed:)
