So bad services.i went to the shop the staff send wait out side then i was waiting for 20 mins i came to ask how long do i have to wait but i even haven't came to shop they said wait out side 20mins but i did then i keep waiting for another 20 mins then they told another customer came inside.i do understand that now is new normal but the service like this just too bad.please don't waste your time with too bad service.they have so many branches so please come to another for better staff and services.i hope who got the same problem with me please vote 1 star to let them improve their services.

Good value, though prices have increased over the years. Individual pots. Includes drinks and I’ve cream

It is the most worth it buffet I've ever had (compared to some buffet restaurants in my country). I was so full. Not only they serve shabu buffet but also sushi. The sushi was small but it's not a problem because I could take a full plate of it. The only downside is the eating time. The restaurant could've made the eating time longer (90 minutes rather than 75 minutes)

We where going here for the buffeet, after waiting a while in line, we were asked to pick our soup base, there was 4 options and turned out non of then where vegetarian (pescetarian). Even the tom yum had chicken! The waitress was short and rude, so we left since they could not offer us a soup base without meat in it.

Es lohnt sich nur, wenn man sehr hungrig ist. Rund 450 Bath a discretion für CA. 1 Stunde limitiert. Qualität ist OK aber nichts spezielles.

If there's a minus point i would totally give this restaurant a minus. A red flag for me because i saw a freakin cockroach on my table. This is not what i expected from this restaurant. Shouldve gone to sizzler if i knew that this restaurant have zero tolerance on cleanness.

Normally these are very good, but this location is slightly below par for Shabushi, only because no shrimp on the conveyer belt. Still a good value and worth hitting if you're in the area.

I love this brand restaurant but here is worst ever, There are not many kinds of food, and warm food is cold, recomend other place.

All you can eat Japanese hot pot at 419 Thai. Good place for one person. There are a lot of choice for the food. However, you need to finish it in 75 minutes. The quality of food is average. The shrimp was not good. You can also have shushi as well.

Nice wee buffet, it gets very busy at lunch time. Not too expensive 440 THB per person all you can eat. Very nice sushi, and you can boil your food for yourself. One more thing if you like salt bring some for yourself.

Food tasted good going down, got food poisoning and spent the night running to the bathroom! Slow service, Missing items we ordered and got things we didn't order. We had to ask 4 times for the bill. Very expensive for everything I went through!

Good place to go to for shabu and sushi. The conveyor belt made it easy and convenient as you just grab what you want for the shabu shabu. Good selection of meat and veggies. There is a separate table for sushi and tempura which was also delicious. The price is reasonable for what you get.

Das Essen macht Spaß und ist definitiv eine Erfahrung wert. Das Angebot ist vielfältig und günstig. Die Qualität ist nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht super. Besonders dem Sushi sieht man an, dass es aus der Massenproduktion stammt und maschinell hergestellt wird. Der Hotpot ist das Highlight und wenn man gerade in der Gegend ist, kann man es ruhig ausprobieren.

I had lunch here during a vacation in august 2017, at around 2 pm.
Hotpot was ok even though the choice was very limited.
Sushi on the other hand was not fresh at all and it gave me food poisoning, thus ruining my last day in Thailand.
