4 Nice Working Environment!
Perfect onboarding process, warmly welcome from team members, support all the time from Leads and team colleagues, 2days lunch weekly, snacks, multichoice-coffee machine, perfect kitchen, Friday bar with beer, nice views floor of PARQ building, Non-stop learning, various Project Challenging. Technical events occur at the company monthly.
Poor customer service. I had ask for an estimate and it has been over a week with no feed back. The company comes off as immature and doesn't seem like it takes its clients seriously. I talk with a competitor and got an estimate in 2 days and the competitor ask me the right questions and seem very interested. They are also in Bangkok. The company looks like they can do great work but the customer service is just a turn off.
Professional, helpful, willing to accommodate last minute request. Can't recommend these guys enough!
