30Never return deposit! Tricky & shady contract. The worst company I’ve ever met in my lifetime. They once charge me internet usage for 80000 Baht when I have only two team member. Don’t choose this one!
1. Wrong bills (charge higher price) they will say the bills are auto-generated 2. Tricky contract and hidden cost
3. Never return security deposit (Return my 85000 Baht!)
4. Super confusing in invoice terms (on purpose)
if you meet troubles, come here. Happy to move out. Fight for my security deposit back!
Shocking! We departed in 2017 for new offices and 18 months later still fighting to get our security deposit back, even after legal assistance and so many follow ups, to this day not paid!
The worst company in the world, the contract is shaddy, not explained correctly, lots of hidden costs, that dont explain. In our office in Bangkok never worked wi fi, we had to spend money using our own 4g thetering and also time that drove us to loose money.
Also they charge for everything, almost for breathe, they charge you even the manager's assistant come to ask if internet is working.
Then they don t let you go and charge for more time and dont want to give your deposit back.
Also in the office of Central World is full of roaches.
The worst service in the world, expensive and tricky.
PLEASE never go to servcorp or sign anything with them, is like selling your soul to the devil

I had the pleasure of visiting Servcorp on several occasions. The team always remembers me and I have attended the last business shorts which gave me the chance to meet many interesting professionals. I love the location and the fit out, it is very 5 star and they have excellent coffee!
The Servcorp quarterly business shorts are a great network event to attend. I have had the opportunity to visit the office at the Central World location which has incredible views of the Royal Bangkok Sports Club.
A friendly and helpful team with an impeccable eye for detail
The staff at Servcorp are excellent and facilities are first class. Its a great place to get work done as well as have client meetings. Location is convenient from a commute standpoint with BST stations nearby and plenty of parking at Central World.
If you are a new or startup in Bangkok, I suggest visit Servcorp at Centralworld.
You will meet a very supportive and warmhearted professional team for your stable start.
