เกี่ยวกับการทำสัญญากับชาวต่างชาติ คุณมั่นใจใช่ไหมที่พูดตามความจริงไม่บิดเบือนสัญญา พอเข้ามาอยู่คุณมีรายจ่ายเพิ่มมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ โดยที่ค่าใช้จ่ายบางตัวเจ้าของสำนักงานไม่รู้ด้วยซ้ำไป ย้ายออกก่อนกำหนดคุณบอกตามกฎของคุณคือต้องจ่ายค่าเช่าตลอดสัญญาเหมือนเดิม แต่จะได้เงินประกันคืน พอถึงเวลาหมดสัญญา ก็ยังต้องเป็นลูกค้าเช่าพื้นที่ด้านนอกอีก 3 เดือน พอหมด 3 เดือนนี้ถึงจะได้เงินประกัน

ขอโทษที่ต้องรีวิวตรงๆ นะ เงินประกันบริษัทไหนได้คืนบ้างแล้วคุณจะหักอะไรอีกไหม
บริษัทไหนหาพื้นที่เช่าสำนักงานและไม่อยากเสียค่าใช้จ่ายยิบย่อย แนะนำไปที่อื่นเถอะค่ะ งั้นคุณได้อธิบายเจ้านายเกี่ยวกับรายจ่ายที่โผ่มาแน่นอน

มีการีวิวติดลบไหมค่ะ สวยแต่สถานที่ แต่คุณไม่เคลียเรื่องค่าใช้จ่าย ขอเอกสารใดๆ รอนานเป็นสามเดือน ไม่เข้าใจว่าเจ้านายพวกคุณไม่สนใจลูกค้าเลยหรือยังไง

Great and easy to go place. Very convenient especially for big event which will normally set up for the exclusive event such as concert, architect expo, grand sale etc. One of a must know place to visit.

เราเป็นช่างภาพคืออยากได้ภาพที่สวยงามตรงด้านหน้าตึกมันมีต้นสนสวย กำลังจะหยิบกล้องขึ้นมาถ่ายยามแม่งเดินมาบอกว่าไม่อนุญาตให้ถ่าย ให้ถ่ายได้เฉพาะมือถือ ไม่เข้าใจตรรกะแบบนี้ ผมจะเอารูปไปช่วยโปรโมทให้นักท่องเที่ยวจะได้เห็นว่าในเมืองไทยมีตึกสวยๆ เขาจะได้มาเที่ยว ผมไปถ่ายต่างประเทศเขาอยากให้ถ่ายตึกเขามาก จะได้ช่วยโปรโมทให้ เมืองไทยหนึ่งเดียวในโลกจริงจะหวงอะไรนักหนา ผิดหวังมาก

Servcorp Park Ventures an office space to be on time, once your on BTS one only get down at park venture reception desk, a traffic hassle free journey to visit client, one can only imagine it if one work in Bangkok, quiet a place.
