Horrible service! The employees are so rude, specially the store manager in the morning

If I could leave zero stars I would. My mates and I had arrived from the airport and came straight to this shopping center to exchange currency, grab some food and check out the shops. It was 3 girls including myself checking the aisles and instead of being asked if we needed any sort of assistance staff members proceeded to follow us around like vultures to the point I no longer felt welcomed and extremely uncomfortable and stepped out to wait for my two mates. At some point my friend was standing near one of the window facing aisles and of course had an associate breathing down her neck so I came up behind her (again at this point I’m already outside the store) and was staring at her stare at my friend so i politely knock on the window so she can see me and she finally walked away from her. My friend is an elite status at Sephora and is pretty knowledge on the products that work for her. She asked an associate member to color match her on a product and the associate flat out refused to assist her and sent her off, my friend asked again but this time she kept trying to coerce her into getting something completely different. My friend explained her skin is dry and the product which she had already tried in the past would not be suitable. The Lady then scoffs at my friend and as if her already deplorable attitude was not enough she then proceeds to scoff at my friend and tell her she is “ too dark” mind you this woman was darker than my friend. Im beyond disappointed and disgusted at this Sephora. I certainly did not hop on airplane for 18 plus hours to be followed around by an ignorant sales associate. By the way we are very much proud of our skin tone, I’m sorry you have to wake up every day with advertisements all around you telling you you have to whiten your skin to meet western standards and can’t be happy with your own skin tone.
Was in the store for 20 minutes and wasn’t approached by any of the workers. They just stood there and talked amongst themselves in groups.
