Staff here are really horrible, been here many times and brought many stuff until I received goal member, the staff always has low manner and looks at you like u beg them for food, not going there any more better off to other branches. พนักงานที่นี่โคตรแย่ มองแรง น่าเกลียด ทำตัวเหมือนไม่ใช่พนักงาน

Huge store with all brands. Local and international. From what I checked, Estee Lauder and the like are sometimes even more expensive than in Israel.

I liked the price of the lip wear, cheaper than ours at half the price, and they had an offer to buy three and get the fourth free

I wanted to try Dior tester (golden blush), but stuff snatched it from my hands and said that’s impossible to test it. Very disappointed.

Big store of Sephora but I dont like some staffs who talked behind customers and being arrogant.

Always happy when i bought everything online from sephora thailand. Because, you can pay and take your order at bts station. Annnnddddd i always got some free samples not only in sachet but also in small products. Just loooveeeee.

I came to there yesterday, I asked the brand that i wanna buy to the one of their staff but she passed away! If she can’t speak english, maybe she can ask nicely to me to wait her call her friend. Or idk maybe because I’m not dressing like a princess so i got a bad service there lol. I never get this service in other Sephora.
Please educate your staff. Your store is in the place where there so many tourist at. Even the seller out of mall have a better service than here.

พนักงานบริการดีมากทุกคนค่ะ ผลิตภัณฑ์สีอาจจจะมีไม่ครบสี ผลิตภัณฑ์บางตัว ปลิตปี 2020 (ปีนี้คือ 2022) ต้องดู MFG ดีดีค่ะ แต่ถ้าใครไม่ซีก็โอค่ะ ครบทุกแบรนด์

พนักงานบริการดี สินค้าเหมือนที่ US แต่ราคาแพงกว่า ขอตำหนิที่ซื้อของสองสามพัน แต่ไม่มี tester แจกให้เหมือนที่ US สาขาเมืองไทยหวง tester มากๆ

ปกติเป็นลูกค้า Sephora ที่ US มา 7 ปี ได้ tester ทุกครั้งที่ซื้อของ เอาไปลอง ชอบก็กลับไปซื้อตัวจริง ที่ไทยไม่ให้เลย งงเหมือนกัน กลับไปซื้อที่ US เหมือนเดิมดีกว่า

ร้านใหญ่ รวมแบรนด์ชั้นนำมาหลายตัว มีให้เทสและที่ทำความสะอาดให้เราเช็ดด้วย แต่ตัวเทสบางแบรนด์หมดเป็นหลุม (ไม่แน่ใจคนเทสเยอะหรือเล่นไม่รู้)

This is a Paradise for makeup lovers. Great choice of everything you wish for. Huda beauty, Fenty by Rihanna, just a lil perfume choice. That really makes me sad, because can't find whatever I want. The shop is huge. No discounts at all. But worth visiting, for sure:)

พนักงานที่ดีก็ดีมากๆ ดีประทับใจก็มี, พนักงานที่เห็นเราเลือกสินค้าในตะกร้าเองเรียบร้อยแล้วอยู่ๆเดินมาใส่ชื่อตัวเองลงในตะกร้าเรา โดยไม่ได้ช่วยเหลืออะไรก็มี

การจัดวางของทำได้ดี พนักงานต้องรอให้เราเข้าไปถาม ราคาแพงกว่าร้านอื่นนิดนึง มีสะสมแต้มแลกของด้วย

Nice place and lovely ladies.found almost all items of cosmetics for ladies.you should check this store if you are looking for branded cosmetics before you look around

มีหลากหลายแบรนด์เครื่องสำอางค์และ skincare ชั้นนำให้เลือกเยอะดี ลองเทสสีได้ทุกอย่าง พนักงานก็ต้อนรับดี คอยให้รายละเอียดและโปรตลอด

Was shopping here today in the afternoon.
Sales assistant in skincare and make up area quite kind and professional. They would stop me and told me 5% discount if I hold a valid passport. And one SA girl (with half tied ponytail) even helped me to check if content in packages were correct everytime she saw me buying new things. Really nice experience.

Until when I came to the cashier, I was served by the first (or second) lady on right hand. A customer came back, asking for a new 500 baht note as the old one was not complete. She first ignored her for about 2 mins and then asked her colleague very impatiently to change the note.

My turn, she counted the products and asked me something I didnt hear clearly. I politely asked for pardon, then she became very annoyed and said: "Do u want to pay or not". Such a question in a shop store! I replied yes and she began to, literally, throw my stuff into the paper bag. I gave her my passport as the nice staff (Luckily most them were) noted the discount. She took over and I asked for Alipay. When the payment was still in process, she asked me (very loudly and impatiently again) "Did u scan or not? " The whole payment time, was, tbh, worst ever in Sephora and any other beauty shops.

After this I asked for the manager from the store, gave appreciation to the two very polite and nice SA I came across and stated my complaint. The manager was off today but another staff showed up and expressed a lot of apologizes for the incident. Also the SA girl before came to help me with tax free form and said sorry lots of times although it was totallynot ber fault. She then said goodbye to me with very honest thai way.

Huge amount of customers may cause annoy but tbh, suggestion for this cashier lady: take a shift or break if work is too loaded, dont ruin shopping experience at last stop. Also shopped at Eveandboy today, pleasant cashier journy I would say!
