In general the experience is not matching the price. We ordered a 4 seat L-shape leather sofa from Sesia which is beautiful but came to us in 2 pieces though it was advertised as 1 piece. Their customer service has not been very helpful or impressive in general. The sofa in the shop floor looks to be in one piece, but on delivery, the sofa is actually in 2 pieces, with no brackets or any way to keep the 2 pieces together. In any professional store charging these prices, normally you would have some kind of bracket or clip already installed. They refused and said that in the store the sofa is in 2 pieces, like it's our mistake. But in the store it was not visibly in 2 pieces, staff did not indicate it to us though we spent a lot of time there asking questions, and the brochure and invoice which have technical sketches of the sofa design all show one piece, with one measurement for the entire length of the sofa! It also came with zero instructions on how to care for the leather, shocking for a store that presents itself as a high quality leather furniture vendor charging high prices. We followed up with their management and asked for a care guide, they sent us 1 line and said to contact another company if we have a spill. The communication has always been complicated, they indicated they were delivering our sofa on a Friday from 3-6, I waited all afternoon, no delivery, no call, they later said their Line account was not working (?) and we had to wait another 10 days for delivery. Beautiful pieces but poor quality customer care. And make sure you ask all the technical details for any item you look at because they will not be up front apparently.

The quality of Seisa's wood furniture is poor. I bought a coffee table there less than a year ago, and the finish is already coming off. I do not recommend Seisa.
