Seekers Finders Rama IV Hotel, SureStay Collection by Best Western

Super nice place, only 1 year old in May 2023 so that means things will be new too! Place looks good, has a microwave, bed is comfortable and huge enough, TV has Netflix and Spotify etc! Nice pool just for dipping since the weather is hot. Fun chill out area at the rooftop too. Coffee downstairs at 8am brewed by barista for cheap! Food stall nearby has good Kra Pow (minced meat with rice) open late night. Staff are patient, friendly and nice! Grab Bike works super well so you can get to Chatuchak and other places easily! I was lucky to find this place midway through my trip with one last room available due to some accommodation problems. What’s not to love? Recommending to family and friends for sure!

I wish you guys have a gym! Maybe can put that in the function room (: or I wish you guys can turn the coffee counter to a bar at night for drinks!

The room was good for the price, great mattresses and pillows, overall clean. Great quiet rooftop with pool. The hotel is a little bit far away, but you can take the bus or MRT.

However, one night my girlfriend sprained her ankle and went limping to the lobby to ask for a bag of ice, not only they charged 20 THB for it, but they made her go all the way up to the room to get cash because they didn't take credit cards. It was a very unpleasant and impolite behavior for as little as arround 0,50 USD "cash".

I picked this hotel right before my flight home. Room is very good, no complaints there. The website claims a rooftopbar. Which I thought was great so I don't spend the last days wondering around town, but I can have a drink in the hotel. Or so I thought. Turns out: no bar at the rooftop! Only some chairs, but no lighting, music, drinks or anything else. Pool is there and some conference room. View is not great because of bigger building surrounding the hotel. So rooftop big disappointment. Don't lie on your website about a bar that is not there!

The suite room was ok. The staff was friendly. They have good coffee at the reception shop
However, the breakfast is awful.
Location is far from the center and taxi hardly come to pick up.

Great hotel with a good price. Rooms were very nice, hotel staff were always welcoming and the place is kept very clean.
The location is a bit far from any main attraction and public transport is not great.

I have no idea why some of the room was foul smell and still assigned to the customer. Fortunately requested to change from 2nd floor to 6 floor.
I lived here a month from Nov to Dec 2022. Staff are very nice and helpful. Especially thanks the coffee maker boy. He is really helpful. Overall the room was clean and new with a reasonable and affordable price.

Pretty hotel at a seemingly old neighbourhood. Location wasn’t the best (easy to miss) but still accessible. Seems like a new hotel or a newly-refurbished one, where its interior and amenities within appear very new.

Got one of their largest rooms but didn’t appreciate how the floor was full of water stains upon entering. Could also use another mirror (there was only one face mirror outside the bathroom). Otherwise, the room was considered clean and well-maintained.

I enjoyed my welcome drinks the most during my stay (exchangeable with coupons given to me during check-in) — I chose iced cocoa for one and iced latte for the other). The barista and the front desk staff share the same circular workspace so that was cute to see. They were all really nice and respectful so I was glad to have given this hotel a try!
