It's nice to have a service apt but the mattresses were the most uncomfortable.they need to change those

Mayfair has one of the greatest managements and staffs but yet; they want to shut it down! They should shut down the Marriott Surawongse instead! The Marriott Surawongse has the worst management and staffs any guests would encounter!

In all my 40 years of travelling I’ve never ever encountered any hotel’s staffs as vicious and vindictive enough to adamantly want to destroy the life and victimise their guests as this Marriott Hotel Surawongse! Though nothing was broken, missing nor removed or stolen from the hotel’s premises; the hotel’s management and staffs have the audacity to distort the facts and accused their long term guest who has been staying with them for a few years now, of committing a crime of trespassing in their public area!
Second floor lobby of the conference hall doesn’t require a key card to access, the same goes for the third floor dining hall and hence; anyone can have access to the said premises. However, access to the M Club on the 31st floor, Recreational Facilities and Guest Rooms all require the use of the keycard! Hence, only checked in or registered guests can have access! Now I was in neither of those private areas of the Hotel and why would I subject myself to such embarrassment by entering without a keycard especially when I have not checked in yet? The ludicrous accusation of trespassing by those staffs are baseless, vicious, vile and vindictive! A means to an end to strike and discredit the integrity of their guests! The reason behind that I gave them a one star reviews on both occasions through the social media platforms for their nonchalant and unprofessional service attitude.
After which the management and staffs repugnance to nick pick on the slightest insignificant issue and made a mountain out of a mole’s hill, by reporting to the local police that I was trespassing! Convinced the Police to issue a warrant for my arrest after 2 months or so; without making any attempt to at least communicate with me first and try to settle things amicably; but instead blow the entire situation totally out of proportion!
On that particular fateful night at the airport, I lost my flight to Japan and my upcoming hotel’s reservation in Fukuoka. Arrested and thrown into a filthy prison cell for two days without food nor access to cleaning myself! THIS IS AMOUNTING TO MALICIOUS PROSECUTION BY THE MARRIOTT HOTEL THE SURAWONGSE!
Now, the merciless management and staffs of the Marriott Surawongse continue to taunt, manipulate and connive further charges on me, your marriott bonvoy gold member of many years without incident!
I implore all of you to avoid this precarious hotel at all costs because you don’t know when they’ll turn around and bite the hands that feed them! In this totally ludicrous and preposterous malice prosecution by Marriott Hotel Surawongse, they literally extirpated my entire life! I can’t return home for Christmas and I’m stuck in Thailand for the battle of my life! They want to take my life! This is not a hospitality business but Hell!
It’s imperative that all of you my brethren travellers to avoid this dangerous hotel at all costs! Or suffer the same fate as me!

My recent stay was an experience I am eager to share. From the moment we checked in to our departure, the level of hospitality and service we received was nothing short of exceptional.

The hotel's commitment to guest comfort was evident throughout our stay. We were graciously upgraded to a Two Bedroom suite, the suite was well-appointed, clean, and offered all the amenities we could ask for.

A special mention must be made of the hotel staff. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond were remarkable. They catered to our every need with a smile, making us feel valued and well-cared for.

The highlight of our visit was the surprise birthday celebration arranged for my mother. The thoughtful decorations and delicious birthday cake provided by the hotel made her day truly special and unforgettable.

The location of the hotel is also ideal, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and look forward to returning in the future.

What a great hotel that Marriott has here in Bangkok. These are wonderful apartments and a great location. We cannot say enough good things about the people that work at this place. The restaurant has a lovely breakfast. We didn’t not eat other meals there so not sure if it but cannot imagine being bad. It was so nice to come back after a day of fun and relax here. There are also people that help arrange tours for you in the hotel and made our stay an unforgettable experience.

More quiet and cleaner than sukhumvit.
Good to walk around in local community market not so far from hotel. Mrt is around 500 meter which is still acceptable as sidewalk is clean. Long term stay with big dog is acceptable which is rare in bkk

Great hotel for long stay, gym and pool are good too. Location is not so bad, nearest bts is about 10min walk

We came in June 2022. Hotel service is always great in Thailand, especially this time our suitcase zipper broke, Mr. Pong from the concierge was super helpful to offer different options and the suitcase was fixed and returned to our room on the same day.

Bangkok was hot during the day and heavy rain for an hour everyday, clothes can get very sweaty even jus out for a quick lunch, glad the room has washing machine and dryer! Big plus to the hotel!

Not enjoyed too much with the pool design with tiles in green, made it look like a dirty pond, occasionally see hair bands n other objects at the bottom of the pool. If the hotel going for renovation in the future, jus pick blue tiles please.

Only one hook was available in the bathroom, it’s not possible to hang used body towels to save earth as the sign suggested. No rail for hand towels either so cleaners had to refresh all towels everyday even i wanted to help on protecting earth.

The mattress, couch and chairs require a deep steam clean, they made my skin got very itchy for a few days, bugs attack! Basic room hygiene should still remain after covid!

Excellent House Keeping!
We were amazed to see such an active housekeeping staff like Khun Nong at Sathorn Vista Marriott housekeeping. She made sure that all of our needs were met and ensured our room is always clean.

I have graced the finest and sweetest furnishings of most top class hotels globally and can ascertain that without services from the heart by the staffs, the hotel is just another cold, hard and uninviting establishment void of any creature comforts! Some hoteliers just don’t get it. It’s the Software that drives the Hardware and NEVER vice versa!
Unlike so many dull and unprofessional hoteliers, K. Onanng’s professionalisms in conducting herself amongst her guests is indeed imposing as it evokes admiration/respect from both the guests and her peers alike, her extremely uncanny intuition in knowing her guests’ preferences and witty efficiency is commendable! Her professionalism and patience puts her amongst some of the top international 5 Stars Hoteliers!
K. Onanong is a definite asset to any hospitality business to which she choses to be with!
Thank You for taking care of me when I was stressed out from travelling and needed my peace and quiet.

Executive Apartments perfect for Extended Stays

Considering you are in a City that is loaded with fine luxury hotels offered at cheap prices, an executive apartment kind of accommodation catering to long stay residents would be the last choice on your list. However if you are ready to get past the look and feel of the place, this is a great accommodation located at a good neighborhood with easy access to most points of interest. But be prepared to spend a lot of time at the Elevator area as you will be waiting for a long time for the worst elevators ever!

LOCATION: Located in the heart of SATHORN neighborhood.

DINE + DRINK: Decent Lobby level restaurant that is more suitable for long term stay guests and not fancy enough or tempting enough to wake up for, especially when you are a stone’s throw away from dozens of local establishments dishing out delicious local food at cheap prices!

ROOM: We stayed in 2607, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Sweet view of SATHORN road and partial view of the Mahanakhon tower! ; SIZE: Very spacious Suite with a Living room and Bed room and also fitted with Oven, Fridge, microwave etc. ; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: wonderful THANN Spa cosmetics!

FACILITIES: Very good Gym with a Full range of weights and Cardio machines and a big enough outdoor swimming pool

SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all my needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to all the staff at the front desk and Bellhops

HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. HUGE Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages. And the place was so wonderfully wired for connecting MULTIPLE DEVICES with a ton of built in USB ports and multi country supporting plug points! Business traveller and long term stay ready!

Staff could not speak to good in english, did not know what the food includes. We ordered eggs and omlette and I can say that the price is too high for what it offers. I would not recommend it to anyone when there are other multiple places where you can eat good food in Bangkok.

Had a good stay there on 11th November 2019. Spacious and comfortable. One little defect was the bad odour when operating aircon at the living room.

Wonderful hotel.nice but small restaurant.good choice of food. Very clean from the moment you walk in. Rooms were very clean and well stocked.we had a 2 bedroom apartment.kids were
Happy no moans from them.kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. I didn't expect anything less from Marriott and they did not disappoint at all.

Really good service wish the gym was bigger with more equipment like a bench press or a squat station, but other than that great place food is amazing at the Momo cafe that's attached to it, pool is good great location

We spent a lovely weekend here. Instead of booking a hotel we decided to try a serviced apartment. For just over $US100 we got a one-bedroom suite with bathtub and shower and a full kitchen - oven, hob, microwave, etc. We liked Sathorn Vista as it gave us all the benefits of a hotel, but with the added bonus of being able to cook evening meals.

Great rooms, very spacious and comfy. Concierge at the front door is what made it great, he spoke great English and was able to help me find everything I was looking for while also explaining everything to me.

It's location is on embassy row. Easily walkable to BTS. The Cafe downstairs is surprisingly good. Have them that it's just a decent four star residence.
