SATHORN TERRACE APARTMENT

The room is clean, but has NO WINDOW. There is no info in the Agoda app about this and also no pictures. I've been trying to contact the management to get a different room for two days now (or maybe a week, I don't know, if you have no window you lose your sense of time in like 17 minutes), but there is nobody at the front desk (maybe like ever?) and nobody reads the messages.

It's the room with star ceiling (small phosphorescent stars over the bed, which is nice, but it only works, because there is NO WINDOW).

Most drivers have troubles to find this place, for 1430 THB a night you get towels and two waters a day, shampoo and shower gel come in the dispensors.
If you want WiFi password, you need to go hunting for some staff to share it with you. But don't wait too long, they all disappear after an hour after your arrival and never show up again. No matter how long you stay.
1/10 – The receptionist was nice when we arrived. Haven't seen her since.

Tl;dr – Ask for a room with window before you arrive. Unless you can create your own sunshine. *laughs hysterically*

Stayed here for 5 days when 1st arrived in Bangkok, then for 2 weeks at the end. Not 5 stars but …
Extremely helpful staff, Clean rooms, great location, good value, close to BTS, Shopping and restaurants.
We will be back on our next holiday

Great place to stay in Sathorn/Silom area. Big rooms, very friendly staff, clean and comfy. Convenient for all the transportation and close to everything. Staying here for 5th time already or so and definitely will come back again. Highly recommended.

It next to the satorn terrace apartment.if in agoda they call it "Sathorn Terrace Apartment" the Escape just next to them.n connected.
