การคมนาคมสะดวก อยู่ใกล้แยก สาทรตัดกับนราธิวาสฯ มีรถ BTS, BRT, รถเมล์สาย 17,77,149 ผ่าน แต่ช่วงเย็นวันทำการ รถติดมากถึงดับเบิ้ลมาก อาคารสาทรซิตี้มีพื้นที่ให้เช่ากว้าง มีธนาคาร กรุงเทพ, กรุงศรี, ทหารไทย ชั้นใต้ดินมีไปรษณีย์ไทย

Old building with no obvious way for parking. Grab app will not be able to correctly pin point my location. Twice in a row i was given false position in between building. May be tall structure will obstruct the signal. The building is a the side to go away from the city. Meaning if you want to go to pleonchit, you will have to U turn. On peak hours, that would be disaster. If you have business in this area, try to use motor cycle.

Nice service. They come with Hi-Tech security system like building should have. But the toilet should have bidet spray for hygiene.

Nice and clean building with great location.

However, the management of exchange ID card (in order to access the building) is very poor when HUNDREDS of people come out from seminar or convention at the same time.
Please note that it took me 20 MIN IN LINE to get my ID back.
So I asked the person who handle this messy process regarding the extra help to keep people in line and the answer (with attitude) is only three person handle this process with no extra help.
