Please don't go with the stars here. We have being fooled. People have given 5 stars because they have this free desert for every 5 star review.
It's the worst hotel in Bangkok. I tried so many hotels in my 6 day stay in Bangkok and Pattaya this is the worst hotel. Wish there was a option to rate in minus. I had to forcibly give 1 star as that is the least in reviews.
1. Delay in service: There was no crowd still the service was too delayed. My father in law was diabetic so we asked him the time range before ordering and he said 10 mins. We were served wrong food post 30 minutes waiting.
2. Quality of food: the soup was just too thick. Seems they just used aararoot powder so much that the soup had that raw smell of it.
3. No knowledge about the menu: when we asked waiter about the food that is best he was blank and when we asked him about the difference in thalis mentioned in menu, he had to get another waiter he too was only aware about 2 thalis and then the other waiter came even he wasn't sure. So we went back and order ala carte.
4. Lack of communication: We ordered food something else and the waiter served us something else. We had specially mentioned no paneer as one of the member of our family was alergic to dairy product. Still they served us panner vegetable and when we questioned them then they served us the same food after removing paneer. Hence all vegetable curry is same they just replace the veggies. And to mentioned our family member had an alergy post having that curry as they just replaced vegetable in curry.
5. Unclean table: They clean the table with same cloth and don't wash it. The moment waiter cleaned the table there was that stink on the table. Luckily I had face wipes because of which we could have our dinner.
Over all feedback: Better have thepla which any Indian might have carried while going to out of India. Or any ready to eat meal boxes or just order anything from 7 eleven or have fruits or just go to sleep hungry. Please don't go to Saras. It's not at all saras. If I still planning all the best and God bless u.

Oh my god! This place made our day and trip both. The taste and quality of food was better than anything we have had in Delhi to be honest. We would highly recommend this place. They have such a huge menu that you can just keep ordering. The prices as compared to other places are so reasonable that we couldn’t believe it. We genuinely thank these people for keeping the Indian hospitality intact far from home. I could give them 6 stars out of 5. Also to the service!

The environment gets a bit chatty and noisy if there are loud groups. I won't blame the owner but I think ethically they can ask the crowd to keep their voices low being in a restaurant where everyone is there to relax and eat and talk too.

Great Indian Vegetarian food from all parts of india. Sometimes you will not even feel that you are missing india for it's food. Rajasthani thali / platter is my favorite. Gujju, punjabi and South Indian food is also quite good. Hot jalebi and ice falooda in the evening are the highlights.

If you want to have Indian pure vegetarian food then saras is the best option in sukhumvit area.
Food quality is very good and tastes great. Also, they have all options be it north Indian, south indian food, fast food, sweets etc. It's little expensive but I have been taking tiffin from them on regular basis which i feel is economical and they are very helpful in knowing how i like and open for feedback. Food is good, a bit costly but quality and taste is very good, one of the best pure vegetarian restaurant at Sukhumvit area, you can also try sweet here, can have ghevar, kachori and Mirchi Bada

Nice and clean restaurant. The AC was a bit strong but the food was nice. There were lots of options to choose from.

We ate at Saras Veg Food in Pratunam, If your looking for Vegetarian Food This is the place. Amazing Is not the word for the food. Better than Indian Food. We ate Thali - It was great and quantity was Huge. Waiter Name RAM is just Awesome and Very Helpful. MUST VISIT IF LOOKING FOR VEGETARIAN FOOD.

Basmati Rice is provided with sambar. Also slightly pricy. Costs 300 baht approx 650 rupees for South Indian thali

Food was good that's why two stars but service was horrible. You pay before you get food. But if you are going alone or as couple then easily expect a 30-45 minutes delay in service while table where people might have arrived after you would be served before. Their good review are because of discount they give if you give them good ratings.

Too costly and highly overrated. You might just wait for waiter to come to take your order and then you might realize.ohh you have to go to counter and place your order yourselves. Good. And no one will tell you about this. You gotta figure it out yourselves. Lost good 30 mins in this process. Ordered Rajma chawal. Portions were too less. I mean just one bowl of rice and one small bowl of Rajma. 200 Baht. Thank you.

Lovely food specialty in Rajasthan and south Indian & chaat is to yummy corn kernal and momos ohhh wahhhhhh

03-Aug-2019: Saras has reduced its food and catering quality standards drastically. Bad quality curd, quantity of food packed is reduced to 1/5 the actual order, serving ready-to-eat food rather than making fresh, cheating majorly in take away orders like on the order of 4 plate jalebi they provided only 1 plates quantity. Already an over rated food.just hating it!

Very good veg restaurant. An Indian restaurant of difference. Food not cheap yet their quality is good. Sweets are also available.

Food court style INDIAN options with taste being borderline ok but the prices are 10-15 times those of INDIA prices. If you are feeling the nostalgia then go but otherwise look for better options else where

One of the best Indian restaurants in Sukhumvit locality in soil 20 road. It really gave me a finger licking taste of those dishes I had. Appreciate the ambiance and courteous staff behaviour. I recommend this place for a good evening high tea and dinner.

This is one of the must visit place to have Indian food.
They have variety of dishes from South Indian to Rajasthani Thali. Food quality is outstanding, however the quantity of food served is not appropriate as per the cost.
They even have sweet shop as well where you can find all the Bengali sweets.
