ผมเทรนกับ จอร์จ เป็นปีที่3 ก่อนเทรนผมวิ่งมาก่อน และเกิดการบาดเจ็บที่ ขา ทำกายภาพ อาทิตย์ละ 2 ครั้ง เป็นระยะเวลา 6 เดือนก็ไม่หาย จนมาเทรนกับ จอร์จ ได้3 เดือน กล้ามเนื้อดีขึ้นทำให้อาการบาดเจ็บ หายหมด 3 เดือนแรกที่เทรน รู้สึกหนักมาก แต่พอร่างกายเราดีขึ้น เราก็ทนทานกับการฝึกได้ ปัจจุบันผมอายุ48ปี ร่างกายปมแข็งแรงที่สุด และรูปร่าง ดีที่สุดในชีวิต ต้องขอขอบคุณ จอร์จ
Known Josh for years and he's one of the most knowledgeable trainers in BKK. Always helps point out muscle details so I can max out my potential and stay safe while doing so. Highly recommended!
Best decision to have workouts with Josh. His professional-high skill set in this field & interpersonal skill, helped me to get a better fitness, unlock my strength and boost confident level to be able to lift more. Before meeting Josh, I suffered from a severe hip pain which was a result of overusing one side of my lower half in various exercises, like squat, deadlift, and general bodyweight movements in high repetitions. Working with Josh helped increase my body awareness and quality of exercise over quantity. Josh's coaching approach is unique in ways that allow me to explore how each part of my body feels when I move a certain way, how my mental state and my breathing affect my training on the day, and how to move with a purpose and not just going through the motion. All of which helped me to discover imbalances in the way I moved and lack of strength in one side of my body, and anxiety over certain exercises. Our work together took time, effort, and patience from both sides but the result was a long lasting one. If you are not looking for a "quick fix", rather a sustainable change to your health quality, I highly recommend giving Sampson Strength a try

Josh used to be the front line of Coach at The best CrossFit Gym in Bangkok. He used to be part of the CrossFit competition and very long experience in fitness industry. If you want to get the fitness fundamentally right. Undoubtedly, Josh will help you out, for sure. I am glad that I get the session from Josh to let me do the power clean correctly.
Josh is one of the best coaches I ever trained with. He is positive, enthusiastic, attentive to details, knowledgeable and a clear communicator. During my wrist injuries, he was able to guide me through alternative workouts that allowed me to continue to progress and train towards my goal (weightlifting) while ensuring that the injuries do not exacerbate.
To date, my wrist has fully recovered. I am able to continue to train with more awareness of my body and limitations. Thanks again to Josh for all of his knowledge on human physique, injuries, and alternatives movements that allow to progress with my goal. Thank you Josh!

Josh is a fantastic coach. He truly understands what I am looking for and can program to help me reach my goals. Most clients will not be able to see his meticulous thought process behind the program and coaching, but it adds to your goals. I still get PR’s almost every week across all lifts, which is unbelievable. He is the best coach for all of your fitness and nutrition-related goals!
Josh is by far one of the best coaches out there, so versatile and extremely knowledgeable. Coming from a sport performance and strength & conditioning background he's able to really understand and meet you where you are at. But other than that his approach is super realistic and isn't selling any sort of fake results. He won't tell you what you want to hear, he'll tell you what you need to hear.

Josh is a professional fitness instructor well versed in many different forms of exercise. It was very easy to learn with him as a complete beginner to CrossFit, taking the time to establish a great personal rapport and adapting the various movements to my ability level.
Even after establishing CrossFit might not have been the best fit for me, he took the time to work out alternative personalised exercise regimens with me that more suited my time commitments and fitness goals.
