Been here twice now for procedures and I would recommend! Staff and doctors are Amazing! Also has a Starbucks inside.

We came as pre planned surgery from USA. The price was 50% of cost in USA. Care was Excellent! Small hospital very good. Very good hotel within walking distance across from the rail station. Very friendly and had no problem with communication.

Samitivej Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand is located at the top of Chinatown Street, in front of the Chinatown Archway. It is even more important during the Chinese Nine Emperor Feast Festival every year, and it is next to Tianhua Hospital.

- เราได้ติดต่อนัดหมายล่วงหน้าผ่านทางไลน์ของโรงพยาบาลสมิติเวช ไชน่าทาวน์ และมีเจ้าหน้าที่ติดต่อกลับมา confirm วันนัดหมายเรียบร้อยแล้ว
- แต่ที่น่าแปลกใจคือไม่มี e-mail เพื่อยืนยัน
- เมื่อใกล้ถึงวันนัดพบ เราก็เอะใจ เลยโทรติดต่อเข้าไปหา call center ของโรงพยาบาล เพื่อ confirm ด้วยตนเอง เพื่อตรวจและ แจ้งว่าสนใจทำเลสิกภายในวันเดียวกัน
- เจ้าหน้าที่แนะนำว่า สามารถ walk-in เข้ามาได้เลยทุกเวลา เราจึงถามย้ำว่า สามารถเข้าพบหมอช่วง 10.00 ได้ใช่ไหม เจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งกลับว่า "ได้ค่ะ"
- เมื่อถึงวันนัด พบว่า ไม่สามารถตรวจและทำเลสิกให้ได้ เนื่องจากต้องเข้ามาถึง รพ. ก่อน 08.00 น. เท่านั้น
- และเจ้าหน้าที่ถามกลับว่า เรานัดมาช่องทางไหน เพราะไม่พบข้อมูล เราก็แจ้งว่าไลน์ของ โรงพยาบาลสมิติเวช ไชน่าทาวน์ และเอาหลักฐานการติดต่อให้ดู
- สุดท้ายก็พบข้อมูลว่าเราได้นัดพบไว้จริง แต่เจ้าหน้าที่กลับแจ้งว่า เราควรติดต่อผ่านไลน์ของศูนย์เลสิก ไม่ใช่ไลน์ หรือ call center ของโรงพยาบาลสมิติเวช ไชน่าทาวน์
- นอกจากนี้ เจ้าหน้าที่ยังแจ้งว่า นัดได้อีกที วันพุธสัปดาห์ถัดไปเท่านั้น เพราะหมอจะเข้าตรวจวันพุธ - เสาร์ ซึ่งเรานัดไว้วันเสาร์ และหยุดใส่คอนแทคเพื่อพักสายตามา 4 วันก่อนเข้าตรวจ
- ก่อนกลับ ดีที่เราเอะใจ จึงถามเจ้าหน้าที่กลับไปว่า ทางโรงพยาบาลมีหมอท่านเดียว ใช่ไหม เจ้าหน้าที่ถึงตอบกลับมาว่า มีท่านอื่นสามารถนัดได้วันรุ่งขึ้น คือวันอาทิตย์ ได้เลย
- แทนที่เจ้าหน้าที่จะให้ข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วน หาทางออกให้คนไข้เพื่อทำการนัดหมายให้เร็วที่สุด กลายเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ขาดทักษะในการแก้ปัญหา พยายามจะให้เราเลื่อนนัดไปแต่ไม่มีทางออกให้ลูกค้า

The service was excellent. But the cost of the medicine came as a bit of a shock. Samitivej are upfront with the prices for various procedures. But clearly they make a huge profit on medicine. You'll find this out when you pay the bill at the end.

Dr's and nursing staff were very caring, professional, efficient and accommodating. Cannot fault the attention given to the patient. However, there can be a language barrier which makes it a little difficult to understand what the treatment plan might entail, but the staff went out of their way to either get another nurse with better English or, as we resulted to a few times, using a Translating app.
We never felt concerned about the treatment given, or the ability of the Dr's and nursing staff.
Despite some communication issues, we have no hesitation in recommending this hospital to anyone, including Westeners.

Came as a Tourist from Germany as I had a motorcycle accident in Indonesia before and got wounds & stitches that needed treatment. Everything was very professional, the staff, nurses & doctors are speaking very good English and explain the process. They took perfectly care of me and made me feel better quickly, as I was sad and overwhelmed they were talking to me and giving me tissues until I was ready to go again. They don’t do more than needed and the prices are really fair compared to other places (Consultation of Surgeon, Orthopedic Doctor, dressing & cleaning the wounds & an X-Ray of the Knee was 150€ in total). Went there for 3 follow up appointments and the staff was always informed about what was done before, took pictures, gave me medical reports and receipts for the insurance etc.everything is really clean and steril - would always go there again, thanks to the team again

Small is beautiful hospital, very clean, neat everywhere. Lasik surgery here is also great, a kind of 5 star hotel property!

The nurse promises you on the phone that the doctor does a specific surgery technique, which we pointed out to be mandatory to do the surgery. At the appointment with the Dr.he tells us that he won't do that.no excuse or anything! Time and money wasted

ทำเลสิก มาตั้งแต่ 8 โมงเช้า ได้ทำเกือบค่ำเลยค่ะ นั่งรอทั้งวัน เสียเวลา มากๆ ในโปรก็ไม่แจ้งนะคะ ว่าต้องมาวันธรรมดาถึงสามารถค้างได้ จ่ายเงินไปแล้วด้วย ทำใจอย่างเดียวค่ะ

The hospital is indeed way smaller comparing to other samitivej hospitals. The only cafe or restaurant available is Starbucks. There are people who are here for the annual check-up, but not a proper restaurant to eat after the 12-hour fast before the check-up. The only place available is the employees' canteen which is very small and limited choices of food.
Also, not enough parking spots. I have got to park outside the hospital, next to the main road. Not proper and safe. I got the phlegm on my car roof on the way out. I can only guess that someone on the street does it, or may be it was from someone who is on the parking building and spit it down.

ศูนย์เลสิกคุณหมอนัด​ follow up มาถึงเจ้าหน้าที่บอกปิดรีโนเวท​ แล้วไม่มีการโทรแจ้งใดๆ​ ล่วงหน้า​ เพราะเจ้าหน้าที่บอกว่าเบอร์ที่ขึ้นในระบบผิด​ ซึ่งไม่ใช่ความผิดของคนไข้รึเปล่า​ ที่เจ้าหน้าที่กรอกเบอร์โทรในระบบสะเพร่าเอง​ เสียค่ารถ​ เสียเวลาชีวิตมาก​

มาทำเลสิคที่โรงพยาบาลนี้ พยาบาลและพนักงานทุกคนบริการดีมาก คนเยอะแต่รอไม่นาน ใช้โปรนอนพักที่โรงพยาบาล1คืน คุณหมอตรวจค่าสายตาก่อนถ้าสามารถทำเลสิคได้ค่อยลงไปชำระเงินข้างล่างและตรวจหาเชื้อโควิทก่อนที่จะทำการเข้าพัก ระหว่างรอผลก็ออกไปหาออะไรกินแถวๆโรงพยาบาลได้เลยหรือไม่ก็สามารถสั่งอาหารในโรงพยาบาลกินได้เลยแล้วแต่สะดวก ถ้ามานอนคนเดียวพยาบาลจะเข้ามาดูอาการตลอดเวลา สรุปคือดี

The worst ever! I do annual health check here every year for the past 3 years but this year took over 6 hours to finish! Very bad management of queue and services. Please go to other hospitals if you don’t wanna regret or waste your all-day-time like I did.

โรงพยาบาลเล็กกะทัดรัด ที่จอดรถอยู่บนตึก ขึ้นลิฟต์รถยนต์ขึ้นไป ก็สนุกดี
มาฉีดวัคซีนไข้หวัดใหญ่ เจ้าหน้าที่ลงทะเบียนเป็นมิตรดี แต่เจ้าหน้าที่ที่ตรวจสอบเรื่องประกันไม่ค่อยจะมีอัธยาศัย น่าไปทำงานหลังบ้านมากกว่า โดนหักไปหลายดาวจากจุดนี้

ส่วนพยาบาล มือเบามากกกก ฉีดวัคซีนไม่รู้สึกเจ็บเลย ให้ดาวเต็มๆกับพยาบาลเลย

ชั้นล่างมี Starbucks ช่วยเติมความสดชื่นได้ น้องbarista ผ้ากันเปื้อนเขียวชื่อขึ้นต้นด้วยA บริการดี น่ารัก
ผิดกัน้องผู้ชายผ้ากันเปื้อนสีดำชื่อDeaw หน้าตาไม่รับแขก ขนาดใส่maskยังดูออก แบบนี้เสียมาตรฐานStarbucks จริงๆ

The worst experience ever! The operation is very bad! I was here to get vaccination. I do came early for queuing but i got vaccinated later after many people who came after me! มาก่อนแต่ได้ฉีดวัคซีนทีหลังคนอื่น การบริหารจัดการแย่มากๆ

แต่ ตรวจตา ขอข้อมูลประวัติ ผลการตรวจจากเครื่องตอนแรกก็ยึกยักบอกให้ไมไ่ด้?
เราเสียตังทำ ทำไม จะดูข้อมูลตัวเราเองไม่ได้ สุดท้ายก็ให้

ที่ผิดจรรยาบรรณที่สุด คือมีแจ้ง ผลข้างเคียงหลังทำบ้าง
แต่เอาเอกสาร การแจ้งรับทราบเรื่องผลข้างเคียงมาให้เซ็น
ตอนคนไข้ เพิ่งยิงเลสิก ลุกขึ้นมานั่ง ขายังไม่ลงพื้น

ให้เซ็นตอนนั้น มันใช่ มันแฟร์ หรอกับคนไข้?
นี่ขนาด ทำกับ หมอผช ที่น่าจะ เปน ผ อ้าาาม้าางง

ตัดสินใจเดินทางจากต่างจังหวัดมาทำเลสิคกับคุณหมอน้ำผึ้งที่รพ. สมิติเวชไชน่าทาวน์ ประทับใจมากค่ะ คุณหมอและพี่พยาบาลทุกท่านดูแลเอาใจใส่ดีมาก ใครสายตาสั้นมาทำเลยค่ะ ไม่ต้องคิดมาก วันรุ่งขึ้นโลกสดใสเลย ทำก่อนชัดก่อน ตื่นเช้ามาไม่ต้องใส่คอนแทคเลนส์อีกต่อไป
