The doctor and assistant are great. I experienced Safe with the professionalism and dedicated support of the doctor and especially Ms Linh (Libra) -personal assisstant. Grateful and thankful for bringing a baby into our family.

I can't speak high enough of Dr. Peangpailin Voradithi and Dr. Nattharut Kulphaweesuwan.

Dr. Peangpailin herself, while very pregnant, took care so good care of us. She is a outstanding professional, with the expertise of a lifetime and one can really feel that in the consultations.

I have to say, our resolution of the technical aspects of it, from what was going on, despite clearly informed, was very narrow and we have entirely delivered our trust to what they are doing. A good decision.

One can trust entirely that they will pursue the best specifications to any case. Organization, logistics, technology, know-how, state of the art clinic with multi-language support assistants.

Last but not lease, our final word to Mercy - Our own assistant and our guardian angel, to whom we delivered ourselves fully to the attention of. She always ready on the phone to support us all the way. Always with the right words to say.

Took an appointment on the phone. Called 2 times, been asked my phone number. Center confirmed appointment. We get there today and they don't have record of our appointment. We walked out as we feel that the center is not serious and disorganized!

Only money making plans.extra charges are heavy.if u r ready to spend lots of money and lots of time then u should go there.

This clinic is one of the best in Thailand, but I would not recommend it.

We spent US$20,000 on two rounds of ICSI - for nothing. The main doctor does not tailor medication to the patients - they give the same protocol to everyone. They do not offer bespoke treatment. They mainly serve fertile patients looking for sex selection, not genuine patients with infertility concerns.

The equipment is top-quality and the embryologists are the best in Thailand. It is also a professional clinic, but be prepared to wait over three hours to see the doctor - even if you have an appointment.

The doctor was not rigorous - he missed the fact I had PCOS and a blocked tube (which was later diagnosed in Europe). The doctor doesn't have time for patients, just dishes out the same medication.

The bedside manner at this clinic is something to seriously consider. IVF is a hugely emotional process, but these doctors and nurses don't really care about that. When I cried at "success I clearly can't trust" the doctor would just look awkward and rushed off. It was humiliating. It is not a warm place - very clinical. They are clearly in the business of IVF to make money.

They certainly profited from our pain.

Bad experience. This place is more commercial, after you paid is another story. Wasting time and wasting money.

Well what can I say, we had 100% success with two IVF procedures, my second son due in two days, first son turning 3 in one Month.
Doctors and Nurses very friendly, Professional and helpful, and willing to explain and answer any questions.
As a Male they involve you in all the procedures and explain everything.
Two sons at 62 year's old extremely happy Dad and Mum.

Very bad place. They only want to take your money and provide poor service after you pay. They made a big mistake giving us wrong medication dosage and was trying to hide it. It made us waste one whole cycle of IVF and don’t even try to compensate. After our 3 cycles failed, they became nasty to us knowing we will never do business with them again.

I recommend to never go to his place.

This is a very bed and cheated centre.they are cheat me. I am very disappointed this treatment. They are not give good treatment and saying a lie.they take full amount and not done my work.very bed centre.

We have completed treatment up to blastocyst stage and we came there for a boy baby but they not suggested any medicine or treatment for more getting for a boy baby. They are more commercial and not give the full information before the treatment.

The doctor and sales girls are cheter they only make money they not give you god advice their moto is only make money
