7 "On Wednesday, 23-08-2023, at around 6: 50 pm, I had an experience that underlines the significance of maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service in any establishment
Firstly, one staff member appeared inattentive when providing the coffee and demonstrative turned the bag to the customer.
Secondly, another staff member was taking photos or videos of me without my knowledge or consent. When I discovered this, she quickly turned away, concealing her face.
It's crucial that young teenagers’ employees receive proper training and education, especially in areas related to customer service, before they are entrusted with such responsibilities. It is embarrassing for the company to have these types of people as the face of the shop

Since they changed the menu about 6 months ago many favourites disappeared. Coffee is good. But due to the food changes I don't go so often any more
While I personally don’t like the place I understand that this brand is an absolute institution for mid level Thai people or so I hear. So I guess that makes it yet another a popular Thai cantine that I don’t particularly like.
Thailand has thousands of restaurants to choose from.
Most have food with similar taste and presentation.
S&P offers some simple breakfast trays and typical Thai rice with meat or noodles with meat.
Service and atmosphere here were very nice.
Thai tea and coffee drinks were equally tasty.
The prices, however, at first seem inexpensive to a newcomer, but you'll quickly realize they are expensive when you start dining out on Thailand's street food.
You can get a plate of food from the nearby street food markets for 50 Baht.
When you come to a restaurant like this and prices exceed 200 Baht for similar portions, you'll understand. Ultimately, it's no deal breaker because you pay for the atmosphere, the convenience and the service.
