You would come in as this place has the most positive review compare with the nearby Italian places. The prices were quite affordable, especially considering the quality of the food. The pizza, with its thin crust style, was delicious and the steak was well-prepared with a generous portion. The owner of the restaurant served us and it was nice to see that he could speak both Thai and English. It showed a level of dedication to his customers and made communication much easier. The restaurant seemed to be popular among locals, as there were many regulars dining in during our visit. Their tiramisu was a standout dessert. It differed from other places I've tried as it had lots of whipped cream, almost resembling ice cream.

However, there was one disappointing aspect to our meal - the risotto. We found it to be overcooked and resembling more of a mushy congee than the firm and creamy risotto we were expecting. When we brought this to the owner's attention, he explained that this was the style of risotto served at the restaurant. He mentioned it should still have some firmness but was unable to explain why our dish was overly mushy. We decided not to accept the dish after just one bite and respect the owner's decision to serve it that way.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was hesitated to prepare a new one for us due to the high customer volume. We understand that cooking risotto takes time, but it was disheartening to not have a proper replacement or reasonable explain. Since we still enjoyed the rest of the meal, we informed the owner that he could charge us for the risotto as he keep insisted that is not mushy/that’s the right “firm to bite texture”, despite us not accepting it.

However, the owner's attitude towards us changed after that point. As we left the restaurant, he seemed to give us an ignoring attitude, not bothering to say thank you or goodbye. It gave us the impression that he didn't care about customer satisfaction. It was just a 330 Baht risotto. For this reason, I have to give this place a one-star rating. It's not because of the food, which was generally good, but due to the disrespectful service we received. It's important for customers to feel respected, and unfortunately, this experience fell short in that regard.

สลัดซีซารสชาติแปลกกว่าร้านอาหารฝรั่ง (ที่เจ้าของเป็นคนไทย) นิดหน่อย แต่ยังอร่อย บรูเช็ตต้าแซลมอนรมควันอร่อย รีซอตโตหอยเชลกลมกล่อม สดชื่นนิดๆจากมะเขือเทศ ไปกิน 2 คนสั่ง 5 อย่าง ประทับใจเจ้าของร้านที่แอบเบรกตอนจะสั่งสลัดจานใหญ่ บอกกิน 2 คนเยอะไป

Another good food experience at Rustico. I've previously written a more extensive positive review, but it's worth mentioning that on this, our second visit we opted for pizza and two different salads and they were terrific. Salad ingredients are fresh and delicious with a nice vareity of garden veggies tossed in, and the salads are of ample size. Pizza is the real deal. Great crust, not too thick and not too thin, done, not burnt. Nice crispy initial bite and deliciously chewy without smothering the sauce, cheese and toppings. We left full and happy.

Amazing Food! I think the price was amazing and it was at an amazing price! I really enjoyed the beef carpaccio and truffle soup, but the Home Made Bolognese and Ravioli was the best, if you come here you have to try this one! Also, don’t forget to get some gelato here, it’s amazing!

They have wide selection of authentic Italian menus. Truffle soup and Italian sausage pizza are highly recommended. Too bad I didn’t try any pasta dishes and desserts this time; they all looked so good. Price was not that cheap but reasonable. The owner is Italian who speaks Thai and English fluently. You can park your car either at the back of the restaurant or road side right in front of the place. It is, no question, one of the best Italian restaurant in town!

Simply, the best original Italian food west of the Chao Praya. Quite an extensive menue, very attentive service. A true "feel very good" place. My favourite dishes: seafood salad and pasta with mushrooms.

A good Italian restaurant in Putthamonthon area, owned by Italian guy name Mr. Paolo. The beef carpaccio is very tasty (you have to try). You will surprise with Parma ham & melon as they serve a lot of Parma ham over the melon. Rocket salad is not bad but it always come with shrimp or Italian sausage (I'd prefer only rocket leaves). Beef stew Irish style is very tenderness. Ravioli is come with pork sauce which I prefer beef sauce instead but badluck they don't do the beef sauce. The Rustico is also have red or white wine to get along with their foods. They provide a very convenience parking lot behind the restaurant.
